Went to the one on SE loop in lubbock texas after working all night. The lady asked what you want? We were looking at the menu and she was impatient, we started ordering but when I didnt hurry she informed us " she got other things to do!" We tried to laugh it off but she was so rude we walked, she was mouthing off the whole time we were walking out about how "shes fine with that, I got other things bye, I don't care you go somewhere else". I'm glad she's okay with supporting customers going to other restaurants. If you dont like where you work, than find something else.
I've tried to support this chain but it keeps disappointing. Sylvan Ave location has the worst staff. Nothing is available, staff is inattentive, and food is not as good anymore. Im always rushed as if they're closing with hours left before actual closing. Looks to be the culture from the rest of these reviews
Total of 6 bacon Q’s ordered over the past two days and every one of them was made incorrectly. Most missing bacon!! And all were cold. So done with LTC
Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.
Definitely not worth the money. Very small portions. Spent $25 and still hungry.
We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.
I wanted to express my discontent with the very poor customer service I experienced from the kitchen woman working at store # 40532 in Carrizo Springs. The woman was very rude while taking our orders, not even a greet, appeared inpatient and with a long face about having to be at work. The old woman was throwing the spoons used to scoop the food. The woman was seen throwing the wrapped tacos and then the bag when she completed the order. To top it off, she made the order wrong two of the tacos and as I expressed she didn't have to be acting that way, she ignored me. I let Adriana know up in the cashier section how rude the woman in the kitchen was. Adriana was courteous and greeted me from the very beginning I entered the store. Because of the poor customer service that kitchen woman displayed, I would not consider stopping there again.
I don't recommend the kitchen bcuz of her. Grab a cold sandwich, they looked better and I'm sure beats dealing with the old grouchy woman.
