I went to drive thru to get a free ice cream cone for my birthday (I researched beforehand if this was a reward for loyalty program members) I get to the drive thru and the lady working there on 3/27 around 2:00-2:30pm gave me terrible service. I asked if the reward was available and she made a face like if my question offended her and then told me that they don’t do that and neither do any of their other locations. So I then went to the next nearest location and had no issues. This location on Hebron Rd in Carrollton needs to train their employees better. She should have at least asked another employee or researched online instead of just making up a response because she’s uneducated about her job. Felt like she was giving very dismisssive and lazy service.

Got a concrete in to which I thought must have had hot fudge and I didn’t notice as to why my ice cream was melted upon receiving. I gave it the benefit of the doubt assuming the bottom half had to be more firm.maybe just the tip was more liquid since it had fudge. I work five minutes away, got to work and it was completely liquid. So I come back after taking one bite into which it is served in a larger cup so it was not filled up all the way to begin with. I asked them if I can get a new concrete because I didn’t realize it had hot fudge and would melt completely through. A girl told me since it was half eaten she will ask. She gets the manager and again she repeats that it was half eaten and it did not have hot fudge. I said well it was already given to me not full in the cup. She mentions oh yes because they’re served in larger cups to which I’m thinking then why are you assuming I ate half of the ice cream if it’s already not filled up to the top. Then I ask if I could just get a different concrete and just chose one that was on a picture right in front of me because now I don’t trust that whatever is in that certain concrete it’s not gonna be liquid. Then she’s like well. No, our AC was out earlier today. That’s why it was probably melted. So she excused me of eating half and was bothered to replace it but clearly said it was served in a larger cup to begin with and the AC was out as why it was liquid. Ok! I felt Really unwelcome and accused as if I really ate half of it. I am at work and do not have the time of day to do come back even though it’s 5 mins away. I did pay for full price so I want my full money is worth. And would have wished it was not such a hassle to replace it since I had just left and since clearly the ac was out. Just was shocked with the customer service.

Out of everything, charged my card and didn't know how to refund it when they couldn't make my order. They need better staff, and the knowledge to not charge someone before they say they're out of contents to make the order.

The staff were very kind and respectful. We took a while to order because we had a couple of things to order but the staff were very patient and helpful. Everything we ordered came out perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

One of my favorite stops. StrawAna is excellent and a perfect finish to a morning out shopping and doing errands.
Not only is the ice cream great but the customer service is as well! I shared my experience about a minor issue and the Leadership & Customer Service team reached out within 2 hours to find a resolution. Their quick response to make things right prove the company values their customers. Thank you, Andy's!
