Steak bites burned to a crisp. Potato cakes from house ago. And expensive. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

This was one of the BEST fast food experiences I have EVER had! Everyone was super nice and the store was extremely clean! Unfortunately it seems like there wasn’t a lot of people there which is shocking because the food was so great! I ordered some Roast Beef sandwiches with a coupon which was great value since it was 4 for $10! The man who took my order was the manager and his name was Riley. Riley had an amazing attitude and was very helpful and explained how to use the coupons effectively because I’ve never used them before. The whole process was very smooth and I did not have to wait long at all! After I paid I received my order within 30 seconds and I walked out after the staff all exclaimed “Thank you!” I went to my car and tried one of the sandwiches to make sure it tasted good and trust me when I tell you, this was one of the best roast beef sandwiches I’ve ever had!! After I had gotten home I had given a sandwich to my respective family members and they also really enjoyed them! I can’t wait to go back again and I hope the service is just as amazing as it was today!!

Food was good, service was good. Curb Appeal is terrifying. Best use the drive thru unless you're wearing kevlar. Between the bus stop out front & salvation army next door you're taking life chances to eat Arby's
I ordered a Ham and Swiss. They gave me a Reuben. I'm allergic to the sauce on this sandwich. I was already back to work from my lunch break and couldn't just run back over. I called at least 20 times to reach someone and no one would pick up. I'm not sure if I should throw the sandwich into the fridge and bring it back to them the next day because it's not on my way home or just accept the fact I'm out 12 bucks on a sandwich I can't eat because I'm allergic.
****Edit: I kept the whole order, except for the drink, in it's entirety in the fridge. I returned today and they took care of it with out question. I changed my review but it is still very frustrating when you call upwards of 30 times in 2 days and can't get anyone to answer****

Stopped by earlier today. Riley, who was in the front as a cashier, did not call out my order when it was ready. He literally just left it on the counter for anyone to take. He also didn't pack me any napkins for my food since I wanted to dine in store, but for whatever reason, he packed my order to go. Why did he make this choice for me without asking me if that was what I wanted instead? I don't know honestly, he probably should have just asked me if I wanted to change my mind and make his life a little easier by taking my food to go I guess. Oh, and he also didn't pack my daughter's marinara sauce when she ordered her mozzarella sticks, even though we asked him for the sauces. Very strange and careless service, noticed that this is mostly coming from the male employees. They need to be more attentive when it comes to calling out orders, and properly preparing them for dine in or take out. Don't randomly make decisions for customers based on whatever is convenient for the employee. Actually paying attention to detail and what the customer is asking for will go a long way.

Probably had the worst price-to-quality ratio that exists in fast food. Sloppy, cold, overpriced “meat.”

Man this was my favorite fast food place for fast food but dang this was had. I ordered through the drive through. I wanted to get the meal deal but wanted to know what kind of sandwich it came with. The speaker laughed at me and said “you serious?” I said something like “um yes please and low on the ice for the sweet ice tea.” He then kept laughing and then said “just go to the next window.” I get my food and drink from an older woman at The window and asked so just to be clear, it’s LOW on ice right? She said yes. I get the drink and theirs no ice. So I smile and saw oh I wanted just a little Ice not no ice. She seemed to not understand what this meant and just stared at me. After a minute she gets another employee who says “hola.” I don’t speak Spanish but I simply repeated what I wanted, all with a smile. She gives me my drink with one or two ice cubes but I simply smile and say thanks. I then ask the lady who the man was who was laughing at me because he was still making fun of me in the background saying how “people are blind and cant read a sign.” She said “Jose.” I asked what the issue was as I didn’t see the sign. She then closed the window on me and waived me off. I’m like “…” I mean I’m not yelling, I’m smiling, I’m not a Karen so what’s up with that? Never again.
