Went through the drive thru to catch a quick lunch. Ordered a double beef n cheddar , a greek gyro and a large Coke Zero. Was not told the total and just handed my card over. I got my bag of food and drink and pulled over into the parking lot to eat quickly and get back to my day. I looked in the bag of food and there was an extra sandwich. Then I looked at the receipt. And was charged for this extra sandwich. So I pulled back through the drive thru. I calmly explained the situation and handed the extra sandwich back expecting a refund for the sandwich I was charged for but did not order. So then the manager walks up and offers a free sandwich card and no refund. I don’t have time to sit around and argue. So I drove off. It wouldn’t have been a free sandwich anyways. I friggin paid for it. And the manager kept the receipt. Won’t be going to this Arby’s anymore. Be sure to check your receipts if you do go to this location. Accuracy is hard for them.

Only thing at Arby's is good is the Gyro... I don't know how y'all eat that weird ass shaved me it's disgusting it tastes like dog food. Smells like it too!
Holy crap the food here is terrible. I hadnt been to arbys in 20 years and i was quickly reminded why as soon as i bit into my burger. It was awful. It went straight into the trash along with some of the worst mozzarella sticks ive ever had. The strawberry lemonade was too sweet and average at best. The curly fries were also average at best. I see why Arby’s aint that popular, they are in the category as a long john silvers, just terrible food!
