Cannot say enough about this place. This is my wife and I's favorite spot to go when we eat lunch together during weekdays. The bahn mi sandwiches are incredible with the baguettes being made in house. The pork pastries are also incredible if you are able to get there before they run out! A true culinary highlight in Carrollton.

So glad we decided to venture away from our normal pho restaurant and give this place a try. Their chicken pho is absolutely delicious. The broth is the best pho broth I’ve ever had. The chicken is great and looks like it’s been cooked on site (so many pho places serve chicken that looks like it was made in a factory 🥹). Everything about it is great. The only way it could possibly be better is if they served it with fresh basil. Hubs gets the chicken Banh Mi and he says it’s great too. Order is always ready for pickup on time and service is great. This will definitely be our go to pho place from now on.

I just moved to the area and really wanted a Vietnamese Iced Coffee this morning. Found this place and gave it a shot.
First off I freaking love the decor and vibe. I got my stuff to go because I had to go back home to work but it was a nice and homey atmosphere. I legit wanted to just chill there and work from my laptop.
First sip of the iced coffee was deliciousssss! I know it’s an iced coffee but honestly a lot of places give way too much ice and not enough coffee. This had so much coffee and you can actually taste the coffee. It’s not over saturated with condense milk. There was a good balance between the coffee flavor and sweetness! And if you know Asians we don’t like things too sweet!
I also got the Banh Mi Dac Biet. This thing is gorgeoussssssss! And first bite immediately I felt like the scene from Ratatouille where the critic had flashback to childhood. No exaggeration that’s how I felt. It had all the flavors of a classic Vietnamese sandwich even the Vietnamese mayo! The portion of meat to veggies was well balanced. I am definitely coming back!!!!

I will for sure be back. Drove by on my home from a job(3hr drive) Had the brisket pho, rare beef pho and pork sandwich. Very much Worth the drive for me and will be back again!
