They do last call at 9:41 when the restaurant closes at 10:30 it’s a jokes and drinks last order at 10. They won’t even walk to the fridge and grab a beer or a soju. It’s ridiculous. Change the time to 9:30 closing not 10:30. Register closed at 9:58pm counting money. Feels like they are kicking you out and gotta eat fast and can’t enjoy. Do not go there at night. Wings are okay too.

Walked in at 9:40, they close at 10:30 it’s posted on google, and their door. Asked to place a to go order and they told me they aren’t accepting any more orders. Lost a potential recurring customer!

I’m so sad I don’t live near this restaurant. It was ready pretty quick. I picked it up but didn’t get to eat until almost 30-40 minutes later and it was STILL amazinggggggg. I can’t wait to be back. (I got the soy garlic chicken and steamed rice) 15/10

Just placed a 100 dollar order of three full fried chicken and just requested one of the spicy sauce this is like the 100 time this happened and they just give us ketchup. So disappointed and the chicken is not as good anymore. Not as crispy the quality and customer service have really gone down hill.

Mandatory 18% tip for a party of 4 people. Insanity. Would not return. No free drink refills, served cans of coke instead of cups.

Normally this is a go to spot for me but on this visit it prompted to leave a review food was good but service is where things go completely south I'm OK with having multiple servers many places do this but the lack of service was bad and then when a said and done the bill was hit with a party tax of 20% for a table of 5 that's just crazy I've been to their other locations and never had a party tax when it's 5 people but hey they can keep the 20% not sure if they just lost a customer but they definitely lost points on this interaction

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Baba's in Carrollton for their exceptional assistance today. I was hosting an event with a caterer who was scheduled to provide food and delivery for over 60 guests by 12:00 p.m. However, at the designated time, the catering services were unavailable. Upon contacting the caterer, I was informed of an oversight, and they were unable to fulfill their commitment. Despite having made full payment to the vendor ten days prior, I was left in a difficult situation, with the event scheduled to commence at 1:00 p.m. and no food available. I attempted to negotiate with the caterer to find an alternative solution during this crisis.

Baba's in Carrollton provided invaluable support during this challenging situation. Ms. Diane, the manager, offered immediate assistance, assuring me that they would handle the situation. She confirmed that they could provide the food within an hour and assigned Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Tina to assist. Despite my understandable anxiety, Ms. Diane consistently reassured me that everything would be taken care of. The customer service provided by Baba's was truly exceptional. I am immensely grateful for the entire team's dedication to service excellence. Thank you, Ms. Diane. I am deeply moved by your team's actions, and I am incredibly grateful for their support.

The customer service here is so bad. We went during a slow time, June 27th, we got here around 4. We waited 40 minutes for our food and it wasn't even hot it was just warm. We saw other tables who ordered after us get their food before us. Mind you we only ordered two things. When getting our food, our waitress didn't even apologize for the long wait and never checked up on us except once after we got our food. I used liked this place but after this experience I will definitely not be coming back.
