This place is disappointing, guys. I can see that it's busy due to the fact that there are many other businesses around. I can see why people grab pastries not because they're not only decent but it takes the drinks forever to come out. I waited fifteen minutes for my boba tea and it tasted like sugar water. Not worth the wait. Grab the pastries and go but don't order anything.

This is a Taiwanese bakery located in a busy Asian strip center. They have all sorts of savory and sugary treats and their baked goods section. I also have an assortment of Asian drinks like boba tea, and all sorts of coffee drinks. I would recommend the mango pastry, the egg custard pastry, and the coffee brulee cake. Morning, they're really busy on weekends. parking in the strip mall gets absolutely crazy on Saturdays and Sundays - beware.
