This is a Taiwanese bakery located in a busy Asian strip center. They have all sorts of savory and sugary treats and their baked goods section. I also have an assortment of Asian drinks like boba tea, and all sorts of coffee drinks. I would recommend the mango pastry, the egg custard pastry, and the coffee brulee cake. Morning, they're really busy on weekends. parking in the strip mall gets absolutely crazy on Saturdays and Sundays - beware.
I wouldn't say that this is the best bakery, but it is certainly very good and made fresh each day. A huge assortment of cream-filled buns, egg tarts, custards, sponge cakes, and more that is readily available. They also sell wedding and birthday cakes and other specialty items.It's right inside 99 Ranch market by the food court corner so you don't have to step out while you shop. Wish I could try it all! Everything looks so fluffy and pretty. We tried some squishy coconut squares that were refreshing and light. The milk roll was light and fluffy with sweet semi melted milk/white chocolate candies in the center. The Taro Swirl roll was my favorite. The bread has great flavor and featured a taro filling spread throughout the inside. It was lighter than I expected but very filling. I would purchase the Taro Swirl roll again.
