Food is great but order ahead, drive thru takes way longer than normal drive thru
So happy to find a place that me and my vegetarian partner can eat at! The meatless burger was amazing and so was the original that I had. The tots are so well seasoned and big enough of a portion to feed us both. The service in the drive thru was amazing. I went inside to grab some more ketchup packets and was blown away with how nice the place looks. Will be coming back soon!

Chicken sandwich was good. The salad was a little bit too complicated and losing focus.

We have been going to this location for a little over a year. It’s great food. We love the taste of the Nashville chicken.
The only thing I would recommend is actually having combo prices. You buy a sandwich and pay for the side separately and a small drink separately. It defeats the purpose of a combo. For me and my kid we easily spend $40 in here and I’m like this is fast food not a restaurant where they serve you at the table. Goodness.

Food is too expensive for fast food. You pay less if you go to a good restaurant and get gourmet food.

Walking into Birdcall, you're immediately struck by an atmosphere that seems to shout, "We're not your typical fast food joint." There's a conscious effort here to make you feel like you're part of something more refined, something almost artisanal. The interior is modern, with a clean, minimalist design that feels more akin to a trendy café than a fast casual restaurant. Exposed wood, accent walls splashed with pastel pinks and blues, sleek metal, and tasteful lighting set the stage. But make no mistake, Birdcall knows exactly what it is—a temple to the chicken sandwich.
Inspired by the ubiquitous Chick-fil-A but with ambitions that soar higher, Birdcall is carving out its niche in the crowded world of fast casual dining. Their approach is simple yet sophisticated: take the humble chicken sandwich, elevate its ingredients, and present it with a flair that feels fresh and innovative.
The menu is straightforward, but don't be fooled by its brevity. Each item is meticulously crafted. You can sense the pride and care in every sandwich that comes out of the kitchen. The chicken itself is a revelation—juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The quality of the bird is undeniable, fried to a golden crisp and still perfectly succulent. Not to be outdone, the side salads and coleslaw could make a carnivore reconsider their life choices. No limp lettuce or soggy slaw here. There's an understanding that great food starts with great ingredients.
What sets Birdcall apart from its fast food predecessors is the attention to detail. The buns are freshly baked, with a slight chewiness that provides the perfect counterpoint to the tender chicken. The pickles are house-made, brined to just the right level of tanginess. And the sauces—oh, the sauces. They offer a range of options that go beyond the typical fare, from a mouth tingling Nashville Hot to a smoky Birdcall BBQ. Each one is crafted to enhance, not overpower, the star of the show: the chicken.
There's a certain unpretentious elegance to Birdcall that makes you appreciate the craft without feeling overwhelmed by it. It’s as if they’ve taken the best parts of fast food—speed, convenience, affordability—and infused them with a gourmet sensibility. It’s a place where you can grab a quick bite but still feel like you’re treating yourself to something special.
However, it’s not just about the food. The service at Birdcall is a notch above what you’d expect from a fast casual establishment. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seem to care about your experience. It’s a refreshing change from the transactional nature of most fast food encounters.
But let’s not get carried away. Birdcall, for all its polish and panache, still operates in the realm of fast casual dining. It’s not a Michelin-starred restaurant, nor does it pretend to be. There are moments when the illusion falters, when the hustle and bustle of a busy service reminds you that this is, after all, a place designed for speed and efficiency. Yet, it’s in those moments that you realize just how well Birdcall straddles the line between fast food convenience and culinary excellence.
In the grand tapestry of dining, Birdcall is a bright, vibrant thread—a testament to what fast casual can be when executed with passion and precision. It’s a reminder that even the most unassuming dishes, like a chicken sandwich, can be elevated to something extraordinary with the right touch. So, next time you find yourself craving a chicken sandwich, skip the usual suspects and give Birdcall a try. It’s a culinary experience that’s both comfortingly familiar and excitingly new, a delicious blend of the best of both worlds.

$18 for a sandwich, fries and drink…. Won’t be returning strictly due to cost.
Food is always fresh and hot. I like them better than canes now. I feel like the chicken is cooked all the way through and is not rubbery. It is very juicy and tender
Seasoning on tots are delicious and the shaved Brussels are to die for! Since I tried them 3 weeks ago I been back weekly.

Went in at 9:15 to get some food, I ordered 2 fries and a 5 piece tenders, the cook was not only coughing up a lung, but he literally coughed on my food while under the hot light. I’ve been working in food for 12+ years and wouldve refired that food immediately if I had done that, This is inexcusable behavior and could seriously get somebody sick.

I saw a social media clip about Birdcall and thought it would be great to bring the kiddo here. The kiosk ordering process was simple and streamlined as well as picking our food up at the counter. The crispy, seasoned tator tots were the star of the meal. The chicken sandwiches and fries, however, were just average.Though the arcade games are free, both of the sitting ones were unplayable at the time of our visit because the buttons were not functioning properly (though the standing one worked).
