They always make me feel special here and I'll let you in on a secret. A large drink is like $0.75 in the mornings.
I walk out with breakfast and i spend less than $5 sometimes!

Norris took great care of us when taking our order. He was helpful and polite. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger.

Got a cup of ice cream and requested a larger cup to put it in with a lid.
The female working the window told me she wouldn’t put it in a larger cup for me so I could put a lid in it.

I love Braum’s. Absolutely love it.
The burgers are delicious. The crinkle fries have no competition. The ice cream is the best on earth. And the prices are so much better than their competition. Less than $3 for a double scoop of ice cream?? Who else is doing that?
My head not concern is that many of the restaurants are older and in need of a deep clean and some repairs. I don’t mind it, but I could see it turning some away and causing them to miss out on a delicious meal.

11/17/24: "Unbelievable, this work shift is not customer service friendly.". .. " This is not a diner, I can't give you a to-go box". Yes, I only speak English, the senior female workers speak Spanish with a little English. Theydid not understand that my juicy burger was .....too juicy.... for the traditional burger wrappers. I wanted to take half my burger home, but it was soaking through the foil wax wrapper that the burger comes in. So I asked for a cup or I asked for anything that could contain the burger juices. They looked at me like I was from an alien planet. All I wanted was a foam box! My wife is so mad. They told her, " this is not a diner. We can't give you a to-go box." I've never had a problem here, but today....they are looking at me and treating us , as bad customers, ...that we are a burden to them for eating here. Horrible experience!
8/20/22: Always fast service and support. Thanks for having the best Summer Special. Good Eating!! 6/23/22: Came in for breakfast. Was served in minutes with a smile. Excellent deal for breakfast. Older review: Darn good burgers, Excellent fries, always clean. Best of all, all the neighbors come here for Ice Cream on the weekends.
