It took 30 minutes to bring out a small croffle that came out cold. My daughter and I were the only people there and 2 workers. Maybe they forgot about us? The food was ok. Tiny portion. Not worth the cost.

Excellent service. The owner/manager and the staff went above and beyond to help out with something I lost.

I was looking forward to dining here after looking at the Google reviews and photos. On arriving, the latte art machine was broken and the server did not have much knowledge of the menu. We asked if they had halal options to which she said no so we stuck to seafood. We ordered tteokbokki and shrimp rose carbonara. The tteokbokki had beef in it and the shrimp carbonara had a very long and curly piece of hair in it. We asked if they could remake the shrimp carbonara but were told that since we didn’t like the items that they will cancel our order and refund instead. What a shame as I was not even too mad or upset about this mishap but was treated subpar.

Food and coffee were good but expensive. Also why do you guys charge auto gratuity? Unfortunately that's a deal breaker for me and I will not return. I ordered at the counter and then picked up my order when it was ready.
What service demands a gratuity charge?

Food was amazing, the place seemed well put together and clean. I never leave tips below the suggested percentage or reviews. This is my first and last time coming here. I’ve been dying to try this place because of the events they host and the menu they have. I hope the waitress that helped us today was just having a bad day and this is not the way she is with other customers.

I think the owner changed or the quality of this place just tanked.
We came here when they first opened and it was great! Now the chicken is gooey, bulgogi tastes like plastic, tteok in the bulgogi tastes like slime. Rice is sour.
Edamame was petrified in the microwave to the point that it was mashed potatoes in the bean.
And green chicken .. hm. ?
Oh and half of the menu is not available anymore.
They don’t have any pastries, just $10 a slice crepe cake.
Server disappeared! Why was I autograt for 22% for no service? ?
Wouldn’t come back.

Good thing first. Their food was great. One of the better omuri rice in the DFW region.
Now, the service was horrible. The server was impatient and rude. It took us longer than normal to order since we have a small kid at our party; I'm talking about 5-10 minutes (we asked her to come back to us after 30 secs of indecisiveness.) I was not sure if the water was self-served or not, but after 10 mins - we just went and grabbed water ourselves. She did not come to the table or come back to check on us once after she served the food. They had the audacity to charge an automatic 20% gratuity on our bill for a party of 4 adults and one kid. Normally, I really wouldn't mind - but this level of service is not 20%. Also, I don't remember seeing that listed anywhere, but i might've overlooked it on the menu. Lastly, their gratuity is on top of the tax (20% of food subtotal + tax), granted it's only a dollar more, but this is not the right way to do business. Probably one of the worst dine-in experiences I've had in years. Will not come back.

The ambiance of this place is like a chill, Korean cafe mixed with metal modern and wood decor. Service was great and staff was friendly.
I saw that they combined this place with a pocha restaurant and so their menu expanded. I was decently surprised that I could still order the expanded menu during brunch time.
With that said, I think this place had the best shrimp kimchi carbonara pasta I've ever had. 5/5. My husband doesn't do seafood pasta but he actually ended up enjoying it a lot. All the food we ordered came out perfect and fresh. We liked every single item we ordered and I definitely overstuffed myself.
Definitely will be back to this place.

Kimchi carbonara was quite good. You can have picture printed on your latte.
Only tried the Hanrys coffee and brownie crossiant & omg so so good! The Hanrys coffee has condensed milk & vanilla & I asked for less sweet & it was just perfect! Made with love. The brownie crossiant- I was surprised. It was buttery, flaky & the brownie was not overly sugary or fake chocolate. It was all so decadent! The service was wonderful. I really can't wait to visit again for their lunch special.
I came during noon on a weekday and it was pretty slow. Not sure why cus its a great vibe inside, many different food options & drinks.

This place had a really cute outside and cozy interior. Despite the name this was also a restaurant with such an extensive food menu. There was tons of food to choose from from stir fry to noodles to crossaint sandwiches, at least five pages worth. My friend got the bulgogi crossaint sandwich and hanryu latte while I got the pork belly and ok bae latte. It was so delicious we had to return another time for the kimchi carbonara and dessert. There wasn’t a single item we didn’t like though it costs quite a penny. Expect $40 for a main dish, dessert, and coffee. They do run out of desserts so if you want something specific, like the cream fruit crossaint, try to get there early. And they already include the tip charge or service fee into your final bill so be careful of paying extra. Worth the try and definitely will be back for more.

Went for Sunday brunch, food was ok, not memorable. Server took order and served food, you get your own plate, utensil, water, etc. which is fine, but how do they justify automatically adding 20% tip for a party of 2???
