Buffalo Wild Wings

Food was AMAZING!! Kitchen does an AMAZING job with the amount of volume this store has since it's BRAND NEW !! Server was PHENOMENAL! I believe her name was Zoey, or Zozo. The entire staff was friendly. The greeters were perky and cheerful. All around 10/10. Love it here. Have some patience, it's a brand new experience for over half the staff !!

The worst service, came in with my kids sat down the waitress took our drink order waited for her to come back and ask what we wanted to order waited for almost 15 min had to go up to her and ask her if she was my waitress said yes and I told her we were ready to order to say they weren't even busy. Took our order and didn't offer my son a refill I had to tell her when she brought out our food and only came once to ask if we were okay after we ate still sat there a while to wait on her to bring us our check I had to ask another waitress walking by there for our check. Never going back to that location it was the worst expierence especially being with my kids.

My review is a solid 4.5 . The food was spot on. My wife and daughter split a $6 meal, which is a great deal. The tater tots were so good. I had a honey BBQ chicken salad, with an onion vinaigrette dressing. Wow so tasty and big, I brought half of it home for later. The ONLY reason I give the service a 4, is because we had to ask for drink refills. I know I'm a bit picky but... I'll be back! I love me some B-Dubs!

Oh dear lord, where to begin! So, our server came out immediately and asked us what we wanted to drink and then right afterwards she asked us what we wanted to eat. That was good, but then the food took for ever to come out and the nachos were freezing cold, like how do you mess up nachos! When we finished our “food” we waited and waited and waited for soooooooo long, but she never came out. Another person came out and we told her that we needed the check. 5 minutes later she brought out the check and we left. I had accidentally left my glasses so we went back, and our food was still there! Very bad service!!!!!!

Love eating here. The service personnel are so friendly. Food comes out hot. Music can be a bit loud at times, but that is not on them . I'm just older now.

Disappointed with Service and Accuracy

I ordered 20 boneless wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, and when I got home, I realized they had given me bone-in wings—despite my receipt and the box clearly stating “boneless.” Mistakes happen, but what made it worse was the response. I called ahead to let them know about the mix-up, expecting a quick fix when I arrived. Instead, I still had to wait once I got there, making the entire experience even more frustrating. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service were disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Kitchen is a mess…food was gross…specially the cold chicken nachos…our food came out an hour apart for a family of 4… no manager on site.. terrible for a Sunday family dinner…wings took almost 2hrs our fries were brought an hour before our wings and they were cold... my sons burger was made 2 times (kept putting mustard and mayo). We visit BWW often… this location has no desire for good customer service… sad for the young waiter, it was just him and another young girl on their own…

The best BWW location of all time! Every staff member I’ve met is super friendly and the food is on point every time.

Also, the chocolate cake with ice cream is to die for.

Good wings, used to have great tablet games for the kids, and lots of screens to watch your favorite sports teams. My kids love the macaroni, love the curry wings, and I liked the steak salad they used to have. Green Bay Packers fans are welcomed and create a community here on Packer Game Days!

Bad is pickup, since they seem to be always understaffed. They never remember to delivery curbside. You have to call and text multiple times. Sometimes the app says your food is done and they don't know where it is. The new carrots suck, but the celery is ok usually. But today it was old, wilted, and brown.

Oh dear lord, where to begin… walk in 3 tables in use, 1 waiter - get to him in a min, 1 bartender… 4 tables in the bar area. After ordering and receiving food Asked the waiter to change the channel to the game… sure… oh and can I get a cup of mayo “I got you”. Gentlemen with 2 small children and an older couple and a group of young 20’s came in. The booth behind us left. All others ordered and received their food and drinks. Tv still on same channel still no mayo. Gentlemen with the 2 kids requested extra of something waiter goes bring it back another table asked for something he went and got it. Waiter comes back to our table says bartender says game hasn’t started I very kindly said yes it has it’s on that tv. Still no mayo. 10 min later TV gets changed I’m halfway through my food still no mayo. Meantime people are at the counter waiting for pick up orders. More tables come in the people that have left in both the restaurant and the bar. No one has cleane a table. Being a former waitress I’m wringing my hands wondering if the need me to assist. There are people walking out. There are More tables dirty than clean at this point. I have since moved but I am now watching the waiter bring out food on trays, deliver food and set the tray down on a table and head back to the kitchen without any dirty dishes. Oh I believe I counted that 5-6 times. Finally a lady came out and started grabbing the tall bar glasses… then the water soda glasses. As I watched, I wondered how long it would take for her to realize that a bus tub would be much better help. Instead she grabbed a trash can and started dumping plates and glasses in the trash and then stacking up the trays and glasses on separate tables. I’m still waiting for her to realize a bus tub would work much better…… finally…. Oh and about a half hour later a guy with a name tag came from 1 side of the bar and walked to not be seen again ….this place needs an overhaul or close down. Mgmt should have been front and center. I don’t care about the excuse. A check up every once in a while should have been occurring.

Very bad service, I went December 6, 2024 at 11:30 at night there was a Mexican girl and she didn't want to take my order. She told me to sit down to serve me and 20 minutes passed and I had to leave the place because they never wanted to serve me, very bad. served in the evron area

Bad service, I ordered wings through online and choosed extra sauce a side and they unsaused the wings and gave sauce a side.
I kept asking to toss the sauce on the wings. And the manager was like "we cando if you want you place order again with paying you money" this was her words.
Worst management.
