Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered online and I've been waiting almost 50 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago and they come out and give me excuse it's not ready yet. They only have one cook. I should have read the reviews first the location by my business always has my order is ready on time but this one is slow and they're giving excuse if they only have one cook in this Saturday evening at 6:30 and it's hardly anybody in the place. It's practically empty and it shouldn't take almost an hour to get a wing order out.

Poor waitress was also bartending and was the only staff working all night with more than 30 guests. Terrible situation not only for costumers but for the poor staff. Not fair to anybody. 👎👎👎

Good wings, used to have great tablet games for the kids, and lots of screens to watch your favorite sports teams. But didn't expect to hear it as bad music is blasting so loud. My kids love the macaroni, and love the curry wings, and I liked the steak salad they used to have. Green Bay Packers fans are welcomed and create a community here on Packer Game Days!

Bad is pickup, since they seem to be always understaffed. They never remember to delivery curbside. You have to call and text multiple times. Sometimes the app says your food is done and they don't know where it is. The new carrots suck, but the celery is ok usually. But today it was old, wilted, and brown. They are always massively understaffed both wait staff and in the kitchen. This is the BWW you drive past to go to a better BWW.

Order some sauce wings online and they proceed to give me plain wings. when I ask for some sauce they only gave me one tiny pack and ask if I want to buy some sauce. When I ask the manager the second time and showed him the plain wings he gave he walk out and left the hostess to behind.

This is one of our favorite places to come and hang out and relax. There was only one time in the past where the wings weren't great and it kept me from coming back but we decided to give it another chance and we've been coming almost every other week. Our server Giselle (she's amazing) always makes us feel welcome and the other staff is on top of their game as well.

We were 6 people ordered all flats ,sampler and some shots and mocktail. The lady who took the order was different and served the food was other one.The lady served us mixed wings instead of all traditional flats and when we raised the issue the lady stared at us like we ordered wrong which we did not do , our order was clear the lady took the order mentioned we were correct to the other lady served the food. We asked for water which she didn’t get it and didn’t give us carrots and celery no wonder🙏. At the end we confronted the lady served the food she was very rude and didn’t even mention a sorry. Clearly can see they were not interested in the business and got SERIOUS ATTITUDE ISSUES,definitely not gonna visit again.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this location. I specifically ordered 30 flats, but was served a mix of wings instead. When I brought it up to the staff, they looked at me rudely, as if I was the one at fault.

To make things worse, I arrived around 10 PM, and even though the restaurant was practically empty, I didn’t receive my order until 11:45 PM — nearly two hours of waiting for wings. The delay was completely unacceptable, and the lack of courtesy from the staff made it even more frustrating.

Overall, the service was terrible, the staff was unprofessional, and the order wasn’t even correct. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on this experience.

Food was AMAZING!! Kitchen does an AMAZING job with the amount of volume this store has since it's BRAND NEW !! Server was PHENOMENAL! I believe her name was Zoey, or Zozo. The entire staff was friendly. The greeters were perky and cheerful. All around 10/10. Love it here. Have some patience, it's a brand new experience for over half the staff !!
