This location serves great food during peak hours, but their night shift needs some real help. I made the mistake of not looking in the bag b4 i drove off. I drove thru placed my orders (1 & 3). Got home, and besides them telling me they had no fries. They put a bag of veggies in the bag. Don't go at night.

It's bad enough that they charge for condiments, but they're also too cheap to turn the heat on! Eating our food in 53° dining area is something else. Food was tasty, but the buns were crumbling apart, very dry. At least the soda fountain is finally stocked up.

This location needs new management! They mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come through the drive through. Always make us pull to the front to wait 10 minutes. You can hear all the people gossiping through the speaker when taking your order and don’t pay attention. Today I ordered the fried pickle ranch whopper and got the Mexican street corn whopper instead. I will not be coming back to this location again.
Worst experience of my life. The manager is a cranky lady. My wife ordered on the app at 327 and didn't get her food for almost 30 minutes and then she had to go back through the drive-thru to get the sauces that she paid for and they wanted to argue with her about it so all in all it took almost 44 minutes to get our food absolutely ridiculous
They made us park for an order of 6 whopper well done and 2 fries, they made a mistake in the order they made us wait outside for 2 hours..this is just ridicules..this place should’ve shut down the managers are horrible and don’t do their jobs right and this is the 3rd time they do this to us..the manager yelled at us the last time saying that “ they don’t care “… Do better and serve people right..replace the managers and get better people .if the owner wants this place to fail and not have customers anymore then fine go ahead..this restaurant is already falling apart and is just sad to see.

This burger King ALWAYS makes me park after I run through the drive through for my food...... I came through a drive through for a reason I shouldn't have to park my car and WAIT for another 5 10 longest iv waited for 15 minutes! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back here ever again.

Literally the worst burger king I've ever been in. 26 minutes from walking in the door to getting our food. The manager kept walking away before the order was even finished and then when I asked for sauce that I had ALREADY ASKED for she said I had to pay for it. I had chicken. Never coming to this location again. Save your money.
Update: just made it home and the food is incorrect as well. They messed up the entire order. And that's my bad for not checking all the sandwiches.

The coke machine is broke it's been 2 months last year's was broke and nothing fixed I was drinking Coke it was different flour like water and people inside their employers are so nothing to work or clean inside the tables everything is dirty they need to clean up in the restrooms is broke
