I had a terrible experience at Burger King today. The food was stale and unfresh – I even found a piece of hair in my burger. The staff seemed overworked and unhappy, which likely contributed to the poor service. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. Definitely not a return visit for me.

Asked for jalepenos on my burger and didn’t get them. This location is always inconsistent and today’s visit reminded me why I stopped coming to this one. It was on my way to work so I stopped by. Won’t be doing that no more.

Tova is the rudest drive thru employee I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with , if she hates customers so much maybe she could be in the back . No hello , very short and awful attitude at the speaker and when I pulled up she didn’t say hello just took my card and basically jammed it back in my hand , extremely disrespectful and rude

I ordered a medium size meal, got small instead and wrong drink. I honestly don’t care about the drink, more about the fact that whoever packed my ordered clearly just threw the fries in there. Half of them were out and the carton that holds the fries was quite literally upside down. Employee saw me coming up and walked off and had to wait for someone else to give me my order, despite the fact that it was right there by the same employee who walked off. I did not realize my order was wrong and packaged terribly until I got back to my shift. Very unhappy with how my food was handled.

I got here at 7:51 pm and it was not busy at all. I ordered 2 rodeo burgers. It took them forever to get my food, and the ice cream machine was broken.

Drive thru worker added stuff to my bill once I passed the menu like extra cheese and did not put the extra cheese on the burger. She was on her phone and snatched my card from my hand. The hair on my food was extremely disgusting experience. I am grossed out.

The worker at the drive thru window would've been able to get our order right if she wasn't on her phone. You could literally hear her phone on blast thru the speaker so talking to her was difficult enough as it was. Had us pull forward to wait for our food, it was 9:30 pm and we were the only customers inside and out, she walked out to give us our food GLUED to her phone. She did not put it down for nothing. She then stood there while we looked to see if our order was correct, which it wasn't, so we had to pull around and pay again..... This was not a teenager either, a full grown woman..... Sad

Very bad service, the African American woman who serves you is a very bad person to serve, very rude, I asked for something extra in my order and she didn't add it, and I came back to ask why they hadn't given me my complete order, and she got very upset telling me that she wasn't going to give me my money back, and I wasn't asking for money, I just wanted my complete order because I paid for it.
Not a good Burger King, I left there and went to another location. I will never go to that location again
