Idk who the lady who worked here was this day but she hated her job and her day. She did not want to be there on Saturday (9/25). She repeated the order to me over the intercom but did not put it on the order..the order came out wrong. I asked for ketchup and she gave me 2 packets, I asked for a few more and she said "they were out and thr truck won't be in"...Tell me why another member brought out a handful when I asked him?

This is the second time I go to this location. Both times my order is wrong. The cashier was charging me for items separately instead of the meal. When I got to the window I told her I wanted the meal and she “corrected it”. I specifically said no bacon. She was going to give me a Dr Pepper which that was not what I wanted either. I get home and what a surprise. My burger had bacon and the coke was flat. Quality was not good and service was horrible. Tried calling the store but I guess their phones don’t work.
I don't know who the staff is at this time but I went up there at 7:pm they took so long all I ask for was nuggets and fries the only people that seemed to be working was a black woman and a Mexican girl at the counter.
