Showed up to grab my morning breakfast and coffee and no one was working in the drive-through. I walked inside and there was one lady and she told me there was no managers no staff and so they were closed as I watched multiple people trying to drive to the drive-through no one was getting their orders taken. Y’all are going to be missing a lot of business today

I have been to this Burger King a few times and the food is always fresh and hot. recently went and I found that the food is still the same I always get a hot meal and my food is prepared properly and I can say that the food tastes great for a fast food restaurant.
I ordered 5 items last night and they forgot to put one item-the big fish sandwich in the bag. I should have checked before I left but then again, I shouldn’t have to. So I called them when I got home. They admitted the mistake and said “yeah we still have it here”. Then said sorry and hung up. Where’s my refund? I emailed the corporation too and they shut the conversation down with any help. Basically they said “yeah sorry for the mistake and taking 6 bucks from you, but oh well Bye!” What kind of service is that ? Who runs this place? Very unprofessional and I’ll be sure to spread the word. Ridiculous
