Usually I have a great experience at this restaurant, but the manager is understaffing intentionally currently. Today, I had to wait a long time inside to place my order because there were only two people working. Then, they were too busy to give me a cup for my drink or bring out my tray even though I'm handicapped and unable to carry my own tray. Another kind male customer carried my tray to my table. They didn't have time to give me packets of ketchup because they were too busy with drive through orders. Another kind female customer brought my ketchups to my table. One of the workers apologized and I mentioned that obviously someone didn't show up for work today, but she informed me that the manager refuses to staff more workers. If this is the new policy of understaffing to make more money, I may stop coming to this location.

Crazy experience here this evening. We pulled up to the drive through speaker and said hello multiple times. We were about to pull off and leave but as we were driving past the window to leave there were two young ladies sitting at the second window on their phones with the drive through headsets on. Absolutely unacceptable!

The gentleman on duty was hanging into the drive thru window. When i came. I arrive at 1145pm. No one came to allow me to order anything. I just want 2 whooper specials with cheese Lg Size Drink and Side but they went and hide until Midnight when they close.

This is one of the better burger kings. The food is made with care, and everything is generally better. They do take a very long time in the drive through though, they always make you pull around to the side and wait for your order even when there’s no one else in the drive through. That gets annoying, but otherwise, the food is solid.

Service is so slow.. i always order at least 15-20 min ahead to pick up but i always end up waiting for my order for long at the drive through. They are alway out of something or short on workers. They really need some improvement.

Went on a Saturday in the evening. Keep in mind the date and time, as this establishment had little to no customers both inside and on the drive thru. Food tasted of higher quality compared to other BK's, and food was served hot and quickly. Defiantly recommend coming to this location on weekend evenings.

I’m never coming back to this bk. Why is the drive closed and building not open at 730am? The other night they had us waiting 30 mins in the parking lot for our food, got me and the person next to me mixed so they took our food back and made us wait another 30. AFTER TAKING OUR MONEY.

The service was fast and friendly. The staffer was a young male who knew the menu very well and was comfortable working in fast food. Try the Chicken sandwich and jalapeno poppers you won't be disappointed, yumm

and they arrived to work late, and they did have anything on. We waited at the intercom and they did not respond. They did not have the grills put together, or on, so we had to wait 30 minutes for ‘fast food’. I asked them to cancel our order and they refused. They just didn’t want their manager to know they were late Saturday morning.

The Manager is Very rude and unprofessional I went up there around 9:15 and I picked up my order no one was at the window for about 5 mins. Finally the manager came up and I asked for 2 bbq and 2 ranch with my order she closed the window on me without replying and when I received my order she only gave me 1 of each, after asking for more she got really rude and disrespectful and I just left. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience with her and she’s always rude everytime.

I stood in line at the counter for five minutes and no employee acknowledged me, or the person in front of me. Finally, I asked if I could get some service. When I asked for the Swiss-shroom burger advertised on TV, they said they don't carry that so I left.

Constantly out of food and condiments.
Been here several times only to be told they are out of something.
For as much as they charge you would think they could keep their menu items stocked.
