Great pizza place with Kraft pizzas. Coworker brought me here for the first time saying it was one of his favorite pizza spots in all of the Dallas area. I have to agree, it was very good and I am sure we will be coming back.

I ordered the pizza of the month on Sunday night. It is called the Meatball Madness. What I got was more like Meatball SADNESS! There was what didn’t even look like 1 meatball worth of meatball on my pizza. Hardly Meatball Madness! For the $18-19 price, I would have hoped to have gotten a little more meatball topping. The pizza was delicious, as their pizza always is, but I had 2 slices of pizza that didn’t even have any meatball on them.

We were in town for a soccer tournament, and this place was highly recommended. Let me start with the positives. The hostess Vivian was amazing and very polite. She sat us immediately and also ushered to us others we were meeting. The server, Harvey, was tentative and very nice. The food was delicious.However, let's talk about the RUDE manager or supervisor on duty. She came to our tables (2 tables of 6) and asked if we checked in. I said yes, with Vivian. She asked again, "Did all of you check in because they had previous reservations for tables?" We asked her."How many are you able to accommodate, and her response was well how many do you have?" Again, we asked how many are you able to accommodate and she gave us the same response, how many do you have. We had a soccer team and told her how many can you accommodate and we'll let them know. She then walked away from the tables rolling her eyes. This lady wore black overalls and was pregnant. I wish I'd gotten her name.As a group who eats out often when we compete, we understand the challenge with seating all of us together. However, she didn't have any solutions or speak with us again. So we called the team and told them NOT to come. This was unfortunate, disappointing because Vivian, Harvey, and the food were great. However, if that's the type of leader at this establishment, we won't be back.

From the moment I stepped inside, the aroma of freshly baked dough and simmering tomato sauce promised an experience that could potentially derail any diet plan, but in the best way possible. This isn’t just any pizza place; it’s a haven for those who appreciate the art of pizza making. Customer Service Top Tier !
I'm not stranger to a 45 minute wait, but when I wait 45 minutes because people had "reservations" and I see 5 empty tables in the main room, AND then I never get texted by the hostess after waiting an additional 30min, that crosses a line. Either enforce reservations being timely, or be honest about being at capacity. Making me wait an hour and a half and never getting my spot is unacceptable. I will not attempt to eat here again, no matter how great I hear the food is. They failed to even get the first step of good customer service established.
