It's the best Cuban food I've have in Texas. I ordered Congrí Rice, roast pork shoulder with Yuca in mojo and maduros. The rice, yuca and maduros were excellent. The pork shoulder was amazingly tasty the only reason I didn't give it a five was, Cuban style pork roast has to have crunchy skin. I ordered this on a Wednesday to pick up on Friday.
On Friday when we went to pick up the dinner, wife and I had lunch, she has the Caribbean Sandwich which was and amazing steak sandwich and I had a Cuban Sandwich which was also excellent.
The flavors were all there, for the dinner and the lunch. Great job
