I had a craving for fish and decided to check out catfish house since it is local to us. We’ve passed by the place for two years since living in the area and I’m so glad we stopped by. The food did not disappoint. My husband and I enjoyed our meals. We each ordered a catfish and shrimp basket with salad and coleslaw. The food was fresh to order and delicious. I took my banana pudding to go and enjoyed it at home. Customer service was great. We will definitely be back.
I fish was old and fried hard. The shrimp was old also. I will never eat here again

Ordered take out, had the 4 pieces of catfish, 6 grilled shrimp with grilled veggies, corn, loaded bake potatoes and coleslaw/hush puppies.Everything was very delicious, they literally have the perfect taste, and give you more than enough condiments on the side. I added some slap yo mama seasoning on there, and a little lemon juice, and babyyyyyy it was Bussing!! Lol or whatever they say, some very delicious food and my new catfish spot, next time I’m getting 8 filets.
When I get a taste for fried catfish, this is where *I* visit. Season-friendly, fresh, and not overly fried (hard). Oftentimes I get my order to go, sometimes I’ll dine in with a good book. Friendly staff, accurate orders, and no hidden charges. I have not tried anything else on the menu as I don’t eat seafood. Seems everything is made to order though judging by the other patron’s plates.

Food was tasty and filling, but pretty standard fare so it misses out on a star being short of superb. The staff were very helpful and attentive though. Fish tank was empty and lonely, so they lose an atmosphere star. : (

Don’t let the previous negative comments fool, you this place has amazing fish and service with a great atmosphere. I give credit where it is due. I almost didn’t come here. Happy I did. I’m from Louisiana and it met my standards for sure.
I definitely will not be getting anything from there again. Nothing has seasoning on it nd the tartar sauce actually made me throw up. First and last time eating from here
