Cauldron Ice Cream is an ice cream chain that does things slightly differently. They make the ice cream in small batches and use liquid nitrogen in the process to create a softer, creamier texture. There are some interesting flavors and you can opt to have it served in an egg waffle. Most of the flavors are more muted than normal, which I like. My go to is the Earl Frey Lavender.
