Really deserves a 4.5, it was very good, wish the miso soup had a little more flavor but everything else was delicious!

It was a few weeks ago, I ordered the stone pot bibimbap, and halfway through my meal, I found a piece of tinfoil mixed in with the rice. This is a major safety concern. I hope the kitchen staff can be more careful in the futur

My husband and I got the stone bowl bulgogi, it was delicious! I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me carry my husband and I's food to our table (he was off buying me a milk tea lol) and told me exactly how to eat it, but she was such a sweetheart and I appreciate her so much!

I ordered oxtail soup (kkori-gomtang) to go on Christmas evening and was given a completely different soup — seolleong-tang (milky beef bone broth with brisket slices) instead.

These are not the same dish. Oxtail soup should have large tail bones, marrow, and a clear golden broth. What I received was a pale, cloudy bone broth with thin slices of brisket and no oxtail bones at all.

Because it was Christmas night, everything was closed by the time I realized the mistake, so there was no way to correct it in the moment — which made this especially disappointing. I was really looking forward to oxtail soup as a comfort meal and received a cheaper substitute instead.

This wasn’t a matter of taste — it was simply the wrong menu item.

I will be calling to have this corrected, but wanted to leave this review so others know to be very specific when ordering oxtail soup here. Accuracy matters — especially on holidays.

December 26, 2025 Update***
I’m adding this follow-up to document my attempt to resolve the issue directly with the restaurant.

First, when I called, I was told that no voicemail had been received, despite leaving one with my order details.

Second, rather than correcting the issue, the restaurant stood by the dish as served and stated that this is how they prepare and represent it. I clearly explained what I ordered, what I received, and why it did not match a traditional oxtail soup.

I was told that this restaurant prepares the dish as a milky bone soup with a few pieces of brisket and considers that “authentic,” even though it does not include oxtail bones or the expected texture and richness associated with oxtail soup.

No correction or accommodation was offered.

I’m not making a claim about intent — I’m simply documenting my experience so others can judge for themselves and order accordingly.

I’ve been to this location several times. I was really disappointed yesterday. My soup barely had anything . & the kimchi tasted like cheese .

Prices seem a little high until you get your dinner, what a spread! Smiling happy people working at the counter and the food is really good and fresh.

I often bring my food scale to accurately track my macros. Unfortunately, my recent experience here left me underwhelmed when it came to value.
I had a Galbi soup. While the flavors were ok, the portion of meat provided in the Galbi Soup was significantly lower than what I've come to expect, especially for the price. I found there was only a total of 70g of meat, and a substantial portion of that was bone.
Compared to other Korean restaurants in the plaza where I've ordered similar dishes, this is considerably below average.
While the overall taste wasn't bad, the lack of substantial protein for $16.99 just doesn't add up. For that reason, I'm giving this experience 3 stars.

We were intrigued by the customers who ordered an impressive looking soup served in a silver bowl. I settled on the chicken fried rice with bits of egg. It was lovely. Look at how much egg and chicken was mixed into the rice. Superb.

First off all. Seating can be atrocious there if you can find a spot. Yes I get it food court style Seating sucks unless you go non busy times. Anyway tried chan for the first time and got their spicy sausage soup and the flavor of the soup and quantity were superb. I fully approve of the flavor of the soup. Will be back to try other items on their menu to make sure it wasn't a 1 trick pony.

The spicy beef soup was delicious. The kimchi although kind of warm from being left out was also quite tasty. Salty and flavorful. The soup and the kimchi were not that spicy either. definitely recommend!

Wheelchair accessibility: The food court area is a bit tight

I only tried the hot stone beef bibimbap. The rice was very dry and possibly old. The dish tasted almost exclusively of sesame oil and the gochujang was bland. The miso was delicious.
