Their drinks are made from real tea, which brings very fresh taste. Recommend the taro ball as topping.

A very esthetically pleasing tea shop with a gorgeous interior design. Plenty of seating and seems like a great place to catch up with friends or to get some work done. We got the Osmanthus oolong tea with mango and we enjoyed the drink.

Not my cup of tea. No taste of tea at all. Service was great tho.

Tried the Ding Dong Oolong Tea with Cream and Pearls at Chi Cha San Chen and it was fantastic! The flavor was rich and smooth, and the chewy pearls added a delightful texture. Plus, the cute string handle made it easy to carry around. Highly recommend this drink if you’re in the area!

Tea tastes good. But the boba has gone. After few months their grand opening, tea and boba was so chewy and so fresh. But now, boba is a bit hard now and doesn't taste as fresh as it used to.
I hope they manage their boba's quality back because still love this place.

It’s a great place to hang out with friends.

Very clean and open interior with lots of seating. Ordering was simple and I received it quickly - the seasonal pineapple cream tart was very tasty! The twine handles on the cups are cute, especially if you're going to be wandering around shopping or something while sipping :)

10/10 I LOVE THIS PLACE SM! cashier was super helpful and kind because I’m super indecisive… would def come here again !
Also it smells amazing here and I asked the worker the reason and she said it’s cuz they freshly brews the tea and it’s just so amazing!

Second visit. Probably won’t go again. The Kiosks are back facing, so you need to order with a real person and face the tip options 🤣🤣 and I chose custom - 0. The girl may be tired at the end of the day, she even wouldn’t smile. Not to mention greetings. Just waiting us to order and pay. but I tend to be thinking that the owner failed to make the employees a decent wage, which makes the employees difficult to work happily. Oh btw they limited the options of the orders. I guess by so the cost can be reduced. Ordered bubble milk tea and bubble volcano. Actually the only two bubble tea options. Taste so average. Won’t go again anyway.

They have nice drinks, but man they’re pricey. I feel like the hype overshoots what you actually get: good quality, yes, but not enough to justify the premium. Decent spot for a treat, but don’t expect it to blow your mind.

Tea is fine. Not a great place to get work done due to limited outlets, however

Love the taste of their tea. Our go to is the iced peach green tea with konjac and light sugar.

Amazing boba shop. They have premium taiwan teas and you can taste the quality in the finished product. You can actually taste the tea rather than it being drowned out. The staff was also top notch helping us pick which tea to use. All an all an amazing store and awesome staff!
