Knowledgeable staff! They have some delicious tea, grown in Taiwan 🇹🇼!! Love their green tea! Filled me up with all their caffeine! 😅 Their oolong is very aromatic as well! Their black tea scent is just too good!!

We love Chi Cha for its quality tea! All the drinks are always delicious and adjustable if you aren’t a fan of sweetness. We had a really cool experience learning about Taiwanese tea with a tasting by Troy. He was awesome - super informational and kind. It will always be our go to for great tea!

I love this place sm I come here all the time and get the osmanthus oolong tea with mango but this time it tasted really weird the mango was nonexistent it was like hiding from me✌️🫩💔

I got the black tea with cream and boba, the drink was okay nothing extraordinary. A bit pricy for the size drink they give out. The place feels and looks really nice but the drinks just don’t convince me enough to keep going back. Since this location is in Carrollton there are far better places to go to that are tastier and from Taiwan such as tiger sugar down the street. Good to try out just once…( also limited customizations, no extra boba, some drinks you can’t add boba etc )

it was my first time visiting chicha and i am IN LOVE! so many drink options it was hard to decide but i ultimately ended up trying their green tea with orange (bless the cashier, julia, for answering my many questions about the drinks). i opted out of getting any topping but it can be added for extra
i love the atmosphere here but i recommend coming early since it does get B-U-S-Y! i also wanted to point out that the customer service is AMAZING, they had even handed me the drinks which was pretty cool.
im definitely recommending my friends and family to come here!

The tea is amazing and so high quality!!! I went 2 separate times and the cashier Julia was just the kindest! She helped me choose my drink and was so patient. This place is truly worth the hype

Good but pricey!

Horrible service came in 30 minutes before closing sorry my bad for coming. Kiosk were closed and I had to order at the front lady was very Rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot it was my friends first time at the shop and last time also on top of the horrible service ur FORCED TO TIP there’s no option not to tip if u don’t know what to click. Also my drink tasted funny so I asked if they could remake it they remade it but were mad. Sorry but if your weight out the tea and product like ur supposed to it’s gonna taste the same always if you don’t want to work please don’t work.

I visited today and purchased three milk tea drinks to go. Unfortunately, during checkout I was required to select a tip. The preset options were 12%, 15%, 20%, and the last option was a custom tip — there was no clear option to decline. For a non–dine-in, counter-service order, this felt inappropriate and misleading.

I fully support tipping for full-service dining experiences, but not for a simple to-go drink order. Additionally, this type of business attracts many students. It is unreasonable to expect students to tip on non–dine-in service, especially when the system appears to make tipping mandatory.
I am considering reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer protection or business oversight agency. I will also be sharing this experience with others so they are aware before visiting. I hope management reviews this policy and makes the checkout process more transparent and fair for customers.

Too OVERRATED MILK TEA. The boba was overcooked, tea was watery, and If you want to add more than 1 topping, this is NOT a place for you. I purchased~ $8 for a TEA W BOBA.

You want customized boba tea? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. they are very very difficult about adding ingredients to drinks. According to staff they are not allowed to add boba to the pineapple milk tea or most of the other drinks because the owner doesn't like it. Okay well you can charge me for my add-ons so why don't you want my business. So essentially you have a milk tea business where you can't pay extra for the add-ons you want and can't make most modifications. Well I hope the investors know about this because it's a huge loss to potential income and customer satisfaction. Anyways I won't be back. Every single other milk tea shop allows add-ons. I guess this is just a fancy museum for milk teas and won't last long once people realize that they can't have their drink the way they want it.

Tasty drinks. Lots of seating. Fast service. Workers could use a 12% wage increase.
