Went inside 20 minutes before closing. There was a long line, about 15 customers. I finally make it to the counter, literally the last customer and the woman at the register said she couldn't take my order because they were closing now.. I was shocked considering people had just ordered and plenty of people were still waiting for there food. Never going to this location again!

I'm a bit concerned now. Today was the third time in a few months going through the drive thru lane, paying cash, and the team member asking me if I wanted my change. Yes, I want my change back. None of these instances offered an explanation of why they were offering to keep my change or where it would go. Does it go to a foundation or just their pocket in lieu of a tip? I'm confused and a little shocked.
01/28/25: we want to fast light dinner. We came here. And we are always greeted with a smile serve quickly with delicious food. Thank you Chick-fil-A team!!!
060123: They have the best managers here! My wife had a misconception. It was straightened out. We are now extremely happy. We love eating here.
1/3/22: went to new location on their first day of operation. The staff was fantastic. Of course the food was amazing. Especially love seeing the big cow. Thank you for an excellent experience!!! 7-18-22: we had a nice meal again! We love the Kale salad.......older post: Excellent when serving 88! Thank you for being a great community partner. At Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Carrollton, our employees love their CFA mlm lunches.

This Chickfila and I are new to town. I’m from Plano and now living in Coppell and this location is closest to me so this is my new go-to location. Service for me so far has been solid but my most recent visit (tonight) this team went above and beyond my expectations as they provided me a free entree (for my next visit) and an extra entree with my order for tonight.
I just ordered 2 combos and noticed my order was taking longer than usual. People behind me were getting their food before me too which doesn’t particularly bother me. It’s possible my order was skipped by accident - either or..doesn’t matter to me. Also, when others are handling my food I don’t really feel the need to complain especially if it’s only 10 minutes. The flow at night past dinner time can fluctuate so I understand. But without complaints from me they made the wait even more worth it. Food was piping hot too.

I was apparently in the mobile order line and the guy would not take my order and there was absolutely no one there. This chick fil needs to specify that instead of assuming new customers like myself knew that. I see other post that say the same thing. I will not be going back to this location.
