Started going here and was impressed by the quality and speed, plus they're open till midnight. Recently went to celebrate my birthday. Was probably 10:07pm. Sign said closed due to staffing. No offer for pickup instead. Disappointed, probably won't come back to avoid being disappointed again. Makes me wonder if they are paying their servers enough

Don't go here for a party and happy hour. If you don't know... happy hour is only good for certain drinks, you might be surprised at your bill. No where did we see happy hour is good for only for a few items. We won't be back!

3 for me is my favorite order but there's plenty to choose from here. great, freshly prepared hamburger and fries. the spread type tangy sauce adds a nice touch. great meals at really good prices!

Came on a Friday night around 8, extremely loud and packed which was to be expected. It took about 25-30 minutes for our server to come back and get my table of 4 our 4 margaritas, and after 10 minutes 3 of which were wrong to which our server says they're the same just different colors...ok....took another 20 for him to even come back by then the alcohol and water needed refills and we ordered our food. After another 20 minutes our 1 appetizer arrived and then food about 5-10 later, my burger came out wrong so I had to wait a few minutes to get another. Our server maybe came back 3 times. He didn't take any initiative to refill anyone's water or ask if we wanted a margarita, he didn't clear any empty plates that were in the way of our compact table. This was a terrible experience on a Friday night, won't be back to this location again

Can't go wrong with the 3-for-me $10.99 deals,specially when you include the Big Smasher burger. A cup of Chicken Enchilada soup, the burger and a drink for 11 bucks is a heck of a cheap meal in today's economy.

If Chili’s had an MVP award, Caster would win it every single shift. His service is consistently top-tier: quick, friendly, and on point every time. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I’ve eaten at a lot of places, but no server matches his level of care and professionalism. Ask for Caster — you won’t regret it.

Came here on Friday for lunch. The server with the brown hair was so nice and helped us get our food and drinks fast, and both were very good. The only issue we had was that it was a little loud in the restaurant considering that it wasn't too busy, so the music could be turned down just a little bit and I don't think anyone would mind!
Usually the orders are correct. Last few times the food has been a little dry and heavy salted. So might want to request it without added salt. Website is not as custom as it used to be.
