It took 30 minutes for them to give me my pickup order. Missing ingredients I ordered.

This location very slow The serving table where they make the bowls and burritos was absolutely ridiculously dirty covered in sour cream lettuce cheese all mixed together and they slide the bowls across the dirty table. It only takes 15 seconds to wipe the service table off where you make the food. I watch one girl grab the lettuce and the cheese huge handfuls part of it doesn't even hit the bowl goes all over the table in the floor and in the other containers so sour cream is mixed with the sauces and lettuce they definitely need some management help here.

Very Dried out looking meat, very very little dried out black beans
few dried out onions and 3 peppers in the warmer. I asked if they service the food like this looked horrible heavy set blk man with beard said, yeah I walked out

Not sure if this location will last long. Read the bad reviews and gave them a try anyway. We ordered 6 meals and 4 of the six had issues. There was everything from missing ingredients to wrong ingredients. It was almost if somebody made whatever they wanted and placed it into the bag.

Had Chipotle like 100 times in my life and this one has to be the most stingy when it comes to protein and guacamole. They loaded up on lettuce instead.

Just left there most the staff is great theres one female who lacks professionalism customer service and just basic human decency she is very rude and needs to be fired and it’s everytime I come in there I would like to talk to a manager but it never seems to be one available this location just opened and for it to have 2 stars says alot do better. Be kind

Horrible service. They had people waiting in line but never told anyone they were out of steak, lettuce, guac, or corn. Most customers only found out when they reached the end of the line.
When I told the employee making my bowl that I didn’t want it anymore and that they should let people in line know they were out of those ingredients, she gave me attitude and said, “Ok, you can leave.” Completely unacceptable.

I checked in at the Chipotlane and waited 20 minutes with no updates. A different employee eventually came to the window, took my name, and told me to park for app orders. After another 15 minutes with no progress, I went inside to find only three employees rushing around and the whole place looking extremely disorganized. I had to personally ask for my order before it was finally handed to me—55 minutes after the app said it was ready. Really unacceptable operations for an order placed OVER AN HOUR in advance (After all of that I went home to eat and the food was cold.) 0 Stars.

The Manager, Gabriel, is top tier! There are other stores in the area but my family comes here for the good service and fresh food.

I placed an order for a meeting 0.7miles from this restaurant to be delivered, it didn’t arrive on time, restaurant tried to blame the driver (driver arrived 15min before the scheduled delivery time so not his fault), food arrived 30-40min late which made the rest of the day fall behind for the group that it was ordered for.
Wild to me that this location is so new but everyone here is so dead. The food is beyond subpar for chipotle, especially considering what you have to pay for it. On top of that are all employees incentivized so save on over head by half scooping everything? I was so excited to see this place open, even was the first in line at opening day. So disappointed that even coworkers will joke about how they have tried coming by and how horrible their experience was. I hoped for better, highly disappointed.
