This place is the worst, food is cold, no flavor and then they gave me the wrong order , can’t follow simple instructions!!

Not one to leave Fast Food review unless it’s really great or really bad. This one was really bad. Customer service was OK but food was horrible. Chicken tasted dry and re heated. The gravy was pretty much water and black pepper, just nasty. The mashed potatoes tasted like burger cheese on top of rice noodles. Nasty food made me sick. Worst part is it’s more expensive that most competitors. Sit down restaurant prices for nasty fast food.

Seen a roach in the establishment and could eat there I trashed ALL my food ….. plus the food didn’t tasted good at ALL. It seems that it was seating there for a while under the warmer…. Don’t go there …. First time and last time….

The most pathetic chicken fingers that cost $9.09 for five of them. Ridiculous. Just and only just five chicken fingers. About 3 inches long and not even an inch wide. Disgusting place. This is the reason why I bake and cook everything at my house myself. I do not like to go out to eat , and when I do I bring my own because I'm not about to spend stupid amount of money for a small toddler. I need this stick to my Chicken Express always. That's the best chicken tenders ever from a restaurant

They always forget my jalapeño but other then that good

I love the price of their chicken and it is so good! Their customer service is great as well! I love getting dinner for the whole family here because it is so affordable especially during these hard times!

Workers here either pretend they dont speak English, or barely speak it if at all. Impossible to order.

TERRIBLE FOOD! EXPENSIVE AND NASTY! I JUST PICKED UP MY DINNER, CHICKEN IS I DO NOT KNOW HOW OLD BUT IT IS DISGUSTINGLY DRY, AWFUL $28 FOR 2 INDIVIDUAL DINNERS AND WE COULD NOT EVEN EAT IT. Mashed potatoe WAS SO DRY IM SURE IT SAT THERE FOR HOURS. THATS A HEALTH HAZARD. THE CHEESE BOMBERS WERE STILL FREAKING FROZEN! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I’m giving this place 2 stars because of the service this location gives. I love church’s chicken over most chicken places but customer service is key in any of these establishments. They could mediocre chicken but if their service is A+ I can guarantee you that will keep people coming. I order in the drive thru and I get the shittiest services I’ve gotten in a while. Then I come inside to change something I received wrong from the order and the very first response is “WHAT DID WE DO” 😂 I wasn’t even surprised that’s how they react to a customer bringing something they did wrong. Just go across the street to their competitor which would be Popeyes and eat there. Avoid this location because these guys hate their job.
