Soooo we had a great time on the dance floor but when it was time to get a room the staff was very disorganized, and all over the place… we not saying we will not return but we coming back on a slower day to give them another chance….. they need to train there staff with better customer service more so the one lady we didn’t get her name….. the guys were very nice and helpful…. We talked to the manager lady and she was very helpful when we had to deal with the other staff member

Great place to sing your heart out amongst friends and family. Karaoke 🎤 at it's best and wide selection of music. Have a ball every visit and great fair prices.

DONT COME!! Been coming here for YEARS since 2021. Awful. They’re greedy. Expecting a 350 minimum after 2 hours. Idk what happened to this place definitely running itself to the ground. It sucks because we used to love coming. Used to book for any amount of hours without a minimum of 350..

PRIVATE KARAOKE ROOMS/BAR AND NIGHTCLUB HYBRID: I’ve never come here to club or drink, but the karaoke rooms are where it is at. You can order alcoholic drinks and food to your rooms. They charge by the hour with certain rooms. If you have more than 7 people, they need a minimum of 1.5 hours for karaoke. This place gets pretty crowded on Fridays/Saturdays so I recommend calling 24 hours before to book rooms. Walk ins will be hard to accommodate during peak times.

Parking: Parking is hard on the weekends in the evenings.

My friends organized my bridal shower here and it was amazing! Check-in went smoothly, our room was a good size for 6 people and we got to decorate it. Staff was quick and attentive to needs and periodically stopped by the room to ask if things were okay. The sound system for karoke was good. I think my only small quip about it was you had to make sure to search your song with lyrics included, not just a video, or you wouldn't have the lyrics to sing along to. Other than that, it was great! We all were able to find the songs we wanted. I also really liked how they had a photo op decorated for Halloween and bright lights so the photos come out good!

I want to start of by saying the staff is great! But the food is trash….worse wings I have ever had….the fried rice smells fishy…shrimp tempura is just sad. That’s being said drinks are great.

They didn’t inform us that we couldn’t stay after two hours. We wanted to pay to extend our time, but they unreasonably kicked us out and made us pay the bill
