The walnut pastry which is the main dessert was cold and stale. I told the cashier and they were unapologetic and did nothing. I see a few reviews mentioning the same thing and most recent reviews are mostly negative. It must be the norm here. Places like this needs to go out of business...Avoid and go to any other decent dessert places in the area but here.

I would give 5 stars except for the service. The staff at front desk(young man with glasses) is very rude that he gets on your nerve on every word he says. I was having a great time until I faced him. I wouldn't go even for the food.

I love those walnut pastries, the only upsetting thing is they sometimes run out but since I just live down the street, it doesn't matter as I'll just come back the next day to try my luck. They seem to run out in the early evening so just go during the day time if you are in the neighborhood.

Not only did they serve people before me and the two other people I went with, they have horrible manners I ordered before like four people and I didn't get my items till way after. Not only that but the guy who is there didn't even let me and the people who were eating finish our desserts and was basically yelling we closed please get out, just interrupted me, it was barely 10:03, we were just about to get up, anyways when he got us off guard. The time before that the girl had let us stay to finish our dessert with no problem. The guy is always so rude. Then I guess he saw we were upset he said "you want a to go box" like sure I'll get a to go box for ICE. Such a stupid suggestion. The desserts are good though, but the customer service sucks.

This used to be my favorite place until today, I came in with my daughter today to get ice cream in a cone and ask a cone extra, I told the lady that I was going to the restroom with my daughter, when we came out, the lady in front give the ice cream to my daughter and she dropped the extra cone (my daughter is just 4 years old) there wasn’t no reason to her to give my daughter the order she is very small plus I was about to get the order. I ask them if they can remake my order and they denied and I ask them to refund my money and they denied. The only answer that I got was, “you can throw the ice cream away” . Place is really good but they still need to learn more about costumers service and problem solving
Delicious so-boong and the strawberry and mango bingsu was so yummy! They were a surprisingly large portion and they melted quickly so gotta eat it quick!

Really nice shop! I like the homey atmosphere this place brings, and I ordered so-boong and I enjoyed it! I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice treat, I haven't tried any of the drinks here but their prices are fair too

We came here Saturday night after dinner and it was quite busy. Ordered a black sesame bing su and mango frosty ribbon shaved ice. The ice cream on top of the bing su was a nice tough, however it could've used more flavor. At the bottom it was a lot of ice. The shaved ice was really good, with lots of mango on the side. Wouldn't mind returning to try some other items, their menu is quite extensive.
