Don’t try to go here at lunch, I had to get a refund after 20 min and leave due to wait because catering orders took priority. No warning that it may take 40 min for my order to be ready. Also ate up the only free time I had for a lunch, so guess who didn’t get a lunch?

Charged me 8 dollars for cold nasty congealed Mac and cheese. I’ve had it before where it’s fresh and this was disgusting compared to how it should be. If someone’s ordering a large portion of Mac and cheese you need to be making that fresh.

Imagine your family favorite meals. Allow the dishes to sit for 2 days then try to heat it up and eat it. You can definitely taste that the food is old. Staff is wonderful and highly attentive customer service but it’s not enough to eat the old food.

Tasty food, chicken was a little over salted for me but still had a good flavor. Sides (loaded mashed potaters casserole & Mac & cheese) were tasty but small portions. Friendly service. Got the half chicken meal $13 but left somewhat hungry still.
Worst experience ever at a cowboy chicken restaurant ever. Management needs to get it together! Horrible service.
