Took 15 minutes to get an iced coffee that I had to order on the kiosk. Everyone looked miserable and there were only 3 people working. It’s sad because I use to frequent this location (I was also a manager here) and while I love the new look, it seems that things have not changed.

This review is not about the employees, it's the food Dunkin sells all frozen everything is I got a donut the other day it was still half frozen, munchkins are terrible, watery icing and cold donut holes. Then as far as the hot food I have tried never ever spending 5$ on a frozen breakfast sandwiches.The employees are fantastic they deserve a raise.

Not very welcoming. I was not greeted as I entered. Had to order on the tablet even though it was empty.Then, the old man was annoyed with me because he put ice in my cold brew. I ordered it as it came, nothing special.

One of the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to get bagel minis three times hoping it’ll change. They are always NOT cooked and taste horrible. The drinks are made sloppy and watery. Or it’s all dairy. The employees seem nice but there is not effort in their jobs.

I have been going to this dunkin for a while. I don’t know what it is but they always mess my drink up.Nine times out of ten I have to send my drink back because of its taste. Sometimes I don’t have a chance to send it back or say anything.They didn’t add enough of this or enough of that. After chance after chance to get it right and it’s still incorrect it’s really irritable knowing as a customer you give them those many chances.This has happened countless times .How aren’t they knowing how to make drinks or trained well enough to do so?Although my drink does taste good for at least once this time ,the one you see in the picture below is a large churro latte no ice no whip.I had to wait twelve minutes for that at least. The first one that was made was taken by someone else. How could my drink get taken away when they should’ve said the name of the drink but didn’t when handing it out?I’m annoyed by the inconsistency and inconvenience. How aren’t able to pick up the pace of things as well. The lady with purple and brown hair was responsible for my drink being handed out. I think she is a manager of some kind. Another lady that took my order at the register was newer with dark brown hair and a wedding ring. She had the best customer service. Friendly demeanor and she was super fast with the cash register. She made my drink over by being showed by the lady with purple and brown hair and it was good. Even when that lady with purple or brown hair makes my drink or anyone else makes it, it doesn’t taste good. Please do better Dunkin!!!!

I don't know whats going on at this locatio. Me and two of my co-workers had the ice coffee and they all tasted bad! I also ordered a dozen donut holes only to receive nine in the bad and they were hard. So disappointed at this

This location has gone downhill quickly today I was in line for about 5-7 minutes for a cup of coffee and a donut. The service is slow employees don’t seem to know what’s going on. The new manager has no personality seems to be angry all the time. Last week I purchased bagel holes got home they weren’t even cooked today I got coffee and it was GROSS! The drinks are inconsistent you might get a great drink this week and the next week it’s garbage. I’m going back to Starbucks!!

Made order through the website for a get-together. Went to pickup and was told they don't have the donuts, and neither would they refund; come back tomorrow morning to get the donot we ordered.. so I had to drive another 20 minutes to get the food we wanted. Bad customer service and attitude.
