Customer services is definitely non-existent! I do not recommend to anyone!

Very cozy, and has great lighting so I recommend for having a coffee and reading a book during the day. Bread selection is varied, though there are some times where the quantity is lower, but that's probably due to me going in the afternoon.

The Tiramisu cake is SO delicious! Must try! So creamy, so coffee-ey, and overall a delight. My coworkers got me this cake for my birthday the first time I tried it, & now, I’m constantly buying it to gift people to try. Highly Recommended * (& its Gluten Free) , also I recommend trying any of their other cakes as well as they are all delicious and made fresh daily!

Cute cafe with a great selection of breads and desserts! Today we tried the very cute bear breads and the white iced mocha and vanilla iced latte. Everything tasted good, the staff is friendly, and definitely worth coming back again!!

Ok for the bakery goods. The price, though, is expensive. I am surprised how expensive the Korean bakery goods are in this area. The price here is more expensive than in SF, CA.

Super cute cafe with so much character, but it’s too bad the cashier had no customer service skills. I try a new coffee spot a week, so when ordering, I tried to interact with him and ask him what the most popular drinks were or at least his favorites, and he just shrugged his shoulders, pointed at the menu, and looked at me like I was dumb (or in a way that made me feel as such). Even worse, he misheard my order and gave me a hot latte instead of a cold one, then proceeded to argue that he didn’t mishear me and if I wanted an iced latte, I’d have to pay for it rather than just chalking it up to a possible miscommunication. Very tacky. Will not be coming back & will not be recommending to others. I hope I was a special case and that you normally treat new + returning customers with grace, kindness and understanding when faced with misunderstandings as simple as this one.
