Einstein Bros. Bagels

Went after taking my NCLEX hit the spot, got a everything bagel with veggie cream, they were very quick and nice!

I’m disappointed with this store. When the GM is here it’s a wonderful experience. When the Asian guy is working it’s a horrible experience. He don’t greet customers, he leave to go orders just sitting behind the counter. He don’t have any (zero) customer service skills. When I walk through the door, I know this will be a very bad experience. He always act like he’s so busy to even acknowledge a customer standing right behind him. He missed items on the delivery. You can feel his bad energy that he don’t care about customers, and he’s only there to get the check. Can someone from corporate please sit down with him and teach him how to greet customers when they enter the store, at the least inform the customer you’ll be right with them, SOMETHING PLEASE!!!!!!!

I always go to Starbucks in morning. This is closer so decided to mix it up today.

Two people working. There were already 8 people waiting for their orders. I just got bagels, not toasted, not sliced to make it fast. Wasn’t fast. Not even close. Never going here again. Hey Einstein - you’ll make more money if you staff correctly. Back to Starbucks for me.

My daughter brought Einstein Bagels home for breakfast. She purchased 6 of them around 8:30 am, they were horrible. Hard as a rock, not as large as they used to be. Maybe leftovers from yesterday. Or they have completely changed how they make bagels. Purchasing bagels at a grocery store would have been a better choice. If this is the new normal for Einsteins they will not be in business for long.

Pricey for what you get here. Tasted okay. Semi slow service. One person taking orders and one making the food. No helping the other out. NOT MY JOB rules here

If you are in a hurry, don’t go here. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. May be a good idea to shut down drive thru if you are short staff.
