Horrible service and rude employees. Expect to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a small order. Other people were walking out, also frustrated with the wait time.

Person at drive thru didn't allow me to complete my order before ushering me to the payment window. I didn't even get to order coffee. They are not busy so there was no need for the rush.

Laziest employees you will ever encounter. Poor customer service. They can do better.

We often get bagels here at this location, and were told years ago that it is more of a trainee store but it’s always been perfectly fine. The last couple of visits the bagels have been this off centered shape. Could someone please teach this baker how to get the same even bagel shape on all sides? Please?

We went to this place for the first time and I tried nova lox and my friend tried Santa Fe bagels. Both of them was really delicious and my bagel has really good amount of salmon as well. Personally I think there bagels are better than whatever New York bagels!

I usually have a good experience but the last couple of times that I have ordered a lunch sandwich the sandwich construction has been incredibly lazy. it looks like they grabbed a whole pack of turkey ham and slammed it down on the bagel. onion is not separated and distributed but just one big clump, same with tomatoes. i like this location but it does suck to have to remake my sandwich at home.

Pros: The location, size and food are good.

Cons: It takes forever to get your order whether you order in store or from home. Usually at least 10 minutes past the estimated time on your pickup email.

Can’t believe I was served this. Got home and saw this sandwich and am extremely disappointed. I ordered a bacon and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel. If I was near by I’d send this back and ask to see a manager.

This is just lazy.

Katie was by far the best Einstein employee I’ve ever had take my order. She was sweet, fast and thorough, which is very rare for Einstein bagels.

Was there on a very busy Saturday. Ordered online to avoid long lines and slow service. My ordered was delayed buy 20 mins. What bothered me is the customer service. I wasn't the only one waiting for their online order but the ladies there had a bad attitude and responses to the customers. I was polite understanding they were busy but they responded to me as if they were there against their will. I spoke to 2 of them. However the guy that came and talked to us about our order was friendly and apologized. He was most probably the manager. I appreciate that. Also my bagel was cold, dry and wasn't made well for an $8 bagel. Suffice it to say, I won't be back at any Einstein's bagels again.

Went through drive-thru for breakfast.

It was literally the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered the Tasty Turkey. The bagel was burned with no schmear and cucumbers were bitter. On top of that the cashier asked me for a tip.

Food was amazing, one of the best places to go for breakfast
