Getting my orders incorrect more often than not. If they ever take turkey sausage or the menu I wouldn't bother with it.

Drive through was so bad, this guy had me repeat the order 5 times that I just decided to cancel it. My order was just one bagel. Fire this guy

Today is the last time I go to this place. It was freezing cold in this place I asked the employee and the manager if the heat was broken they told me they did not think so. But I was in there for an hour and it was just as cold in that place as it was outside. I was in there for a an hour. Not only that when I go in this place sometimes they will not have any coffee made. I went in for a bagel with 2 of my friends my friends had to wait for a half an hour for two plain bagels toasted and buttered.

The bathrooms are horrific, always unsanitary. So too are the tables you always have to wipe down the tables. This place is always dirty!
Never again going to this place!

This location needs people to work the window alone in the morning. Nobody has time for 10 to 20 minute wait in a drive-through.

I came in today, and why did I get an attitude for just ordering my food? I didn’t ask them to work. I just wanted my food.

They always make my garden avocado bagel perfectly. I just went to another location slightly closer to me in Lewisville, and it was very bland, they didn’t make it thin like I asked, barely any spread so it was very dry, and they didn’t cut it in half 😔 it prompted me to leave a review for the location that always makes it right. Lol

I recently received a reward in my Einstein's app for a free bagel sandwich. I stop by one of two locations that I frequent at least once a week to use the reward and went inside to order as I always do. After I placed my order, the cashier told me that the reward would not work as I had to place my order through the app. I laughed and mentioned that I was standing right in front of her and I didn't think I needed to use the app. She just stated at me and refused to apply the discount. So I canceled my order and went someplace else for breakfast. When I contacted the main office and told them I didn't like having to use an app to place my order and preferred to speak to a person directly, I received no response. So because of this I am no longer an Einstein's customer. They should not try to force customers to jump through hoops like a trained animal to take advantage of being a loyal customer. Frak Einstein's! They will no longer have my patronage.

Terrible wait times for drive thru, even with only one person ahead it was a 15 min wait. Once I actually got my bagel they gave me the wrong one. Terriblemanagement and lazy members.

I was looking forward to trying Einstein Bros. for the first time and being new to the area , I was super excited only to be disappointed. The breakfast bagel sandwich not only was slapped together but had so much sauce on it that the bagel was soggy and I couldn't even eat second bite. I mean it must have been poured on the sandwich. I wouldn't have served that to anyone and I'm not angry just very very ☹️😞

Went up one morning to get some bagels for the office and what I found was quite horrific. This place should be closed for unsanitary conditions, both from the employees and the location.
Large selection of bagels but insects inside the bagels is just a bit much for my personal taste.

Einstein Bros. Bagels Corp should for sure send someone to randomly to do a sanitary inspection. Service was also pretty deficient to say the least.

I had only bad service experiences at this location in the past few months.

Last time, they forgot to make my order while I waited 1/2 hour and I had to ask for my money back because we didn’t have any time left to eat. That messed with my schedule that day and my girlfriend was very upset.

Also, this location gives you only a very teeny teeny tiny amount of cream cheese when you order a shmear. It feels bad since they make you pay for it separately.

If you are craving a bagel sandwich, I suggest Shug’s bagels if you’re closer to Dallas and Bagelology if you’re further north.

Horrible service and rude employees. Expect to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a small order. Other people were walking out, also frustrated with the wait time.
