I always go to Starbucks in morning. This is closer so decided to mix it up today.

Two people working. There were already 8 people waiting for their orders. I just got bagels, not toasted, not sliced to make it fast. Wasn’t fast. Not even close. Never going here again. Hey Einstein - you’ll make more money if you staff correctly. Back to Starbucks for me.

The customer service was just as amazing as the food! I watched an employee handle a very rude and disrespectful customer with total professionalism — he stayed calm, kept smiling, and kept helping without missing a beat. When it was my turn to order, he went above and beyond to make sure he got everything right, clearly learning from his earlier mistake. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to tip him more — please add a custom tip option for customers paying by card❤️

They always make my garden avocado bagel perfectly. I just went to another location slightly closer to me in Lewisville, and it was very bland, they didn’t make it thin like I asked, barely any spread so it was very dry, and they didn’t cut it in half 😔 it prompted me to leave a review for the location that always makes it right. Lol
