I almost never write reviews but I only do if something needs to be said and I never thought I'd have to write this type of review for my favorite boba shop. Now I've heard of a cashier/maker named "Alice" before from many in the Feng Cha in Carrollton and how she will give you a nasty attitude and will only make drinks the best they can be if she knows you but I didn't believe in the myths till that day. I came on November 27th precisely at 5 pm and I encountered the so-called wild "Alice" and when I was ordering my drink, she kept giving me a nasty attitude and was just not having the best personality presented and like I get that you're working at 5 pm cause I've worked from 4-10 pm but that attitude should remain positively throughout your shift. I was like ok this ain't a big deal till it came to how she made my drink. I saw every step since I'm very familiar with the process and how they make my drink, filling the drink all the way up and adding so much toppings/filling (the reason why this is my favorite place to get boba) but no, not with Alice, she lived up to the stories. She gave me little tiny scoops of the jelly and strawberry and the most outrageous part was when everything was done and she was at the process to filling up the cup and capping it, no exaggeration at all, she only added one drop of water/tea into my drink which is why the first time my drink is not filled up. Even worse I asked if she can fill the drink up for me and she kept giving me excuses and more so a sassy attitude reasons why they can't which I already know they can and that she's either lazy or just being inconsiderate since I've been told she does that too with everyone. Now I do recall the boss always making sure their employees are the best of the best and producing the same quality of drinks for anyone everyday (love the boss for that) and I've heard many stories of people going through what I've gone through. So sum things up, 99% of the time, you can come here and get a boba drink and it'd be but that 1% where you have Alice making it, yeah that's when y'all gotta look elsewhere since she's notorious for bad service and bad quality.

I love Feng Cha for all their milk foam options!! Usually I like their jasmine green tea with matcha milk foam or the rose oolong tea with matcha milk foam. This time I got the green tea with taro milk foam and it's a great combo! Both flavors really come through.Interior is well decorated and cute, but small with no seating. Service is always good here!

Cute little boba shop. I placed my order through the kiosk which was quick and simple. The crew had my order ready within a couple minutes. There isn't much seating but overall, great turnaround in customer service.The drink itself was good. Not too sweet and you can really taste the tea.

I've been to fengcha in SoCal and overall a solid tea/boba shop!Feng cha is located in an large mall with bunch of other Asian stores.Inside is very small with no table seatings.They have various fruit/milk tea choices.I got the kiwi basil fruit tea with less ice and 50% sweetness.The tea was so refreshing after being in a 100 F weather.The kiwi and basil went well and sweetness was perfect.Service is fast and tea is made to order, would love to try the taro milk tea next time.

I got the rose oolong tea with matcha milk foam: very yummy and refreshingly different from your typical menu options! Seems like they’re known for their foam drinks. The only point of improvement would be the boba pearls themselves - they were a bit small and felt a tad undercooked (not as soft and chewy). Of note: the place is quite small and doesn’t have seating for customers. The tea itself was definitely the highlight and good enough for me to want to return to try other flavors!
