The formula is simple. Quick service, well-made food, and fair prices. You get exactly what you expect, which is not a small thing. I always come back to the Bacado omelet. My wife has worked her way through the biscuits and gravy and the bacon breakfast sandwich, all solid choices. The home-style potatoes are consistently on point.
Service is generally good, the food matches the value, and the space feels welcoming without trying too hard. The online waitlist is a smart move and a small mercy in the modern breakfast rush.

The food came super fast the waiter left the coffee and water on the table, and the food was delicious as always Side point I had the shrimp and grits and they actually took the tails off the shrimp which is a great touch. 45 for me and my wife we both had a moccktail and coffee.
