The food came super fast the waiter left the coffee and water on the table, and the food was delicious as always
Side point I had the shrimp and grits and they actually took the tails off the shrimp which is a great touch. 45 for me and my wife we both had a moccktail and coffee.

If you want a healthy breakfast, they have that. I had the power breakfast bowl and the kale tonic. The bowl was tasty and filling. The tonic was surprisingly refreshing and delicious. I've never had anything like it before, so I was taking a chance and it worked out.
But if you just want flavorful food that's not so healthy, they have that, too! Waffles, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, and tacos....
