I wanted to send a special shout out to the young man who was understanding and kind. I think his name is Dorian as that's the name written on my receipt. I had placed a mobile order but I did not receive confirmation for my order. I walked in and talked to him and he was apologetic and offered me a courtesy drink even though the issue was not his fault. I hadn't been to five guys in so long but absolutely enjoyed my burger and fries. The burger tasted super fresh and was cooked to perfection. I love that they have the drink machine with tons of options. The vibes inside are super nostalgic as if youre sitting in a diner and it is super clean inside as well. I appreciate the amazing service, delicious food, and chill ambience.

Forgot my letttuce, tomatoes, onion pickles….. like how ? It almost seems intentional. If it was like one ingredient missing, okay cool. No worries. But more than half the toppings I asked for was not on my burger….
