Horrible customer service. I went with a friend and when we tried to order the employee had an attitude the whole time when we ordered. The burger was worse than mc Donalds burger. Fries were so salty we couldn't even eat it. I wont recommend five guys any more. They were good but now they are going down hill

They forgot a burger of my 2 burger meal to go. Didnt remake my fries. Girl was wearing an earbud while making my food... No remedy was even attempted to improve my experience. Not to mention i tipped in advance for this horrible service. For this price i will certainly not be returning. Also i had to wait for the employees to finish their personal convo before greeting me. I know it's an hourly job but c'mon.

Fix your timer on pickup. A simple order should not take 20 minutes longer than your mobile (five guys not third party) states for a standard pickup. It’s misleading and wasting people’s time. Franchise owner/manager pay attention!

My experience today was not up to 5 guys standard I waited 30 minutes to get my food and I had to ask for them to bag it as it was just sitting there after it was wrapped. The burger and fries were nearly cold, the burger was dry. The cheese was barely melted on my grilled cheese. I didn’t even eat the fries since they were cold. This place is too expensive to not get quality food.

Placed an online order and it noted it would be ready within 10-15mins. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff as I waited. Once they saw I didn’t get in line to order that asked if I was there for a pick up and asked my name. Food was good, staff was professional, and establishment was clean.

Excellent service! My wife has a gluten allergy and they were very careful to not have any cross contamination and really went out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable with the way they were handling her food! Also, the burgers were delicious.

Unfortunately, I was not able to try this food because my Uber Eats order never arrived. Although, this is due to no fault of the business… the up charge for the food is wild. I paid nearly 30 bucks for a small bacon cheese burger, small fries, and bottled coke. It’s extremely upsetting to have been charged premium prices for something I never received and was not refunded. Due to fact that driver obviously ate my order, I’m gonna assume it must be a pretty decent burger. I will be visiting soon to pick up my order so I can give a fair review.
