Food is always great but the lil short lady taking orders has a horrible condescending attitude like she doesn't want to be here, and makes me not want to, I know the one in Richardson shut down and the service there was beyond bad hope the same doesn't happen here, they need better help

Been coming here for years and it was 5 star, but just picked up sandwiches and they are using different rolls. Not even close to the taste the other ones had. 3 Stars on this order.. Go back to the other rolls please!!

To start off, I’m not sure who thought it would be a good idea to change the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. It went from a comfy philly feeling just like I was at home with all the eagles and phillies photos that are now taken down, to a wanna be fakecheesesteak restaurant. I think someone bought out this location. Whenever I got to the cashier and asked for the Famous Philly Cheese Steak Eggrolls i’ve ordered for the past 3 years, this new worker says “Oh sorry this isn’t our menu i don’t know what that is” She then continues to tell me “Bruh it’s a cheese steak restaurant just get a cheese steak” Then the person behind me in line told me almost same thing. I then went to order wings and she says we don’t have those sorry. I’m not sure who they thought they were to tell me this. To add on all the prices on the menu said 5.40$ even though these were no where close to the real prices. Then this food took 20 minutes to prepare, I don’t know what happened to this place. This fall off needs to be studied, I won’t be going here for a while.

Freddy’s is the best cheese steak sandwich that I have ever had… seriously, it’s the ingredients and the bread that sets him apart, and I can’t wait to get back and have another ASAP! It’s just Soooo good! Oh, and he has real sugar cokes & soft drinks too, a must have to go with it…

I was really underwhelmed by what I got in the hopes it would be amazing. A 10 inch Philly Cheesesteak with Wiz cheese, & why are the portions so small? Look at the pictures. They barely put any meat on this sandwich, & hardly gave any fries as well. This is not $15 bucks worth of food. I felt like I had a bigger Philly at competitor Big Tony's, loaded with more meat, without requesting the extra meat. By default it was a lot of meat from them. Anyways, I'm not happy with this lunch. 1 star for me.

It's a great place for great Philly cheesesteaks. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are amazing. Get you some!
Parking: 1st come, 1st serve. It's in a small shopping strip. Plus, the crowd gets there right after 11 am when they open.

My wife's and I first time trying this place!! TO ALL OF MY EAST COAST FOLKS, NOW LIVING IN TEXAS, LOOKING FOR THAT "REAL" PHILADELPHIA CHEESESTEAKS TASTE...LOOK NO MORE! This place is awesome! I got the #2 Cheesteak 10". It was very flavorful, perfectly cooked(not too tough or dry), great consistency, and the bread was soft and not too "bready" (lol. You know some places where they give you more bread than meat?) great portions. If you're one that likes it super cheesy, I'd probably ask for extra cheese, but overall, really great cheesesteaks. The fries were cooked to perfection and seasoned well, where I didn't have to add anything extra, i.e., ketchup, salt, pepper,etc... Only negative I would say about this place is don't dine in and eat if you're planning on going out somewhere due to the smell of onions being on your clothes which make you a lil self conscious. However, do not let that discourage you from getting the best tasting cheesteak in all of DFW area.
