Hands down best cupcakes around and absolutely are the best I have ever eaten. My wife delivered doordash to there the other day and she brought back 4 and they were excellent. They take pride in how they taste and how they are presented. Kai was absolutely wonderful, great personality and just very very pleasant

I am a long term customer. The quality has gone down so badly!!!! They used to be good. Now they are gross. Less icing, icing and cupcake tastes strange. Quality has decreased but prices have increased. Will NEVER return again.

The cupcakes were great, but the customer service made me not want to go back there again. The girl was super rude and unwelcoming. She was impatient with me and almost seemed upset that she had to answer my questions or serve me the cupcakes. It's sad that nowdays they hire anybody and let them ruin the business. It really could have been a great spot.

I purchased 3 cupcakes: strawberry shortcake, lemon, and pecan. Delicious. I called to give them positive feedback and complimented the pecan cupcake. The young lady responded: “um ok…” I didn’t sense anything negative or rude. I responded: I’m just calling to give positive feedback, guess that doesn’t happen often by phone. She stated that the phone line was usually for mobile orders. The young lady who boxed up my order smiled and was polite. The gentleman who was present… Not so much. Again, I give everyone a pass, never know what’s on their plate. Excellent cupcakes. Highly recommend. The icing on the strawberry shortcake was superb!

All the different kindsof cupcakes To choose from were amazing aw well as the presentation was amazing. I was a little skeptical about paying five $ for a single cupcake, but it was absolutely amazing & Well worth the price the size was also, just enough this cupcake was very moist ;Just melts in your mouth. This was one of the best cupcakes I have ever had. I ended up getting the confetti cupcake, which I highly recommend. If you are Ever in Carrollton Texas, please give this place a try. I am not sure why this place did not have five stars but the confetti cupcake I definitely give this a 10 out of 10 I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the need to Come in leave this place a review
The salted caramel carrot cake was divine - both the cupcake and frosting were wonderful. 🤤😋 It was sweet, which I love .... cupcakes are meant to be sweet! Kind of wish I would have sprinkled additional flaky sea salt on it (I like a LOT of salt) and tried dunking bites in milk. Ideas for next time. 🧁🤗

They really should use Too Good To Go to sell their remaining cupcakes as they throw them away or donate them at the end of the day sometimes.
