The staff was immediately attentive, thoroughly explained everything, and it was very clean inside. Now.... I don't know what in the smurf magic-fairy dust-scooby snack- scrumdiddlyumcious are in these... Fantastic!!! I can't wait to be a favorite customer.

They really should use Too Good To Go to sell their remaining cupcakes as they throw them away or donate them at the end of the day sometimes.
Love this place their cupcakes and cakes are delicious. Prices are a little expensive but worth it. We got the midnight magic and strawberry shortcake
Called to get cost for cupcakes and the person on the phone was just disassociated and just overall just not really helpful. She keep talking to people there instead of asking for a moment and seemed annoyed. So won’t be doing business here.

I ordered my birthday cake here, it was absolutely beautiful, however the flavor was wrong, the baker was very understanding & remade my cake for me. She even offered cupcakes, although I declined. Very good cake, it is very sweet. I would definitely recommend, the customer service was really good & they made my birthday special! ❤️

Stopped into day for a sweet treat and hopefully find a bakery to supply my birthday cupcakes for s very large party. I immediately noticed there werent many options to chose from. I opted for the traditional wedding cake. It was good but nothing out of this world. The experience over all was a low due to the staff. The energy was dead and the associated seemed miserable and reluctant to help. The limited options aren't ideal but not a deal breaker but unfortunately I will not return or reccommend.

Have not visited this particular location in a while, seems to be a new (unfriendly) staff working here now. Limited flavors so there wasn’t a lot to choose from. I spent $25 or so for the items pictured (strawberry, lemon, buttercream, wedding cake). I asked about others flavors with designs that I’d gotten before, I was told to go online and place an order (for more money). The second picture with the hearts on top are some I had purchased in the past (under different management) that were picked out of the case without special ordering or up-charge. Had to ask for a bag to carry my box instead of one being provided to me. Asked for a fork to eat the cupcakes, was told they only have spoons. After a search for a spoon, was told they were out and go to the burger joint and ask for one. Premium cupcakes with icing that slid off walking to car, the strawberry flavor was a bit raw, and the basic designs lacked any creation. The other selections were tasteful however I wish there was more to choose from as I love to bring home delightful treats for the kiddos. Disappointed overall with *this location and staff*.

I love GiGis cupcakes. I frequent the Alliance one all the time. I was in the Plano area and decided to call ahead as I always do and place a gluten-free order with my choice of icing. The young lady who answered was rude and refused to take my order and was very unprofessional! Will never use this location again! #cantputicingonglutenfree
