Soggy chicken, conflated reviews, and takeout sauces so thick they’d give sheetrock putty a run for its money. 4.6 stars? You’re out of your mind. I’m starting to think that Carrollton has a worse mind for what constitutes good food than the nowhere-town I left in Louisiana did. Super nice people, and it feels bad to do them like this, but, in the interest of the people that want to know what’s good and what’s not, this ain’t it. Sorry, Grand Wok - I’m sure you guys are throwing down on the good stuff at home. We got the General Tso’s Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Orange Chicken - nothing above 1.5/10.

I have had several things here and most of it is great. Now for the good. The sesame chicken is crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Might be the best I have had. The beef broccoli is tender and really good. The Mongolian beef is really good. We don't usually eat egg rolls and get them every time. I highly suggest hot and sour soup. Now to the bad. The Rangoon was not good at all. I won't order it here again. And tonight my fried rice has a burnt metal flavor. The rice is usually good so I am assuming its a fluke. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Unfortunately, this restaurant did not live up to the ratings. The chicken teriyaki was SOO salty that I could barely eat some. Pieces had too much skin and connective tissue too. Rice was too oily. “Tap water” cups were also too small. We left hungry.?

I had called before and asked if they used white or dark meat...The lady on the phone stated they use white meat for their Orange Chicken...
I stop in and order, but what I received (to me) didn't entirely look like white meat...It looked like a combination of white and dark mea, yak...
To me the food didn't have any flavor...A number of pieces that were just breading...I ordered an egg roll as well - Bland...
The service was good, but the bathroom had soap all over the floor next to the sink...A customer could slip and do some serious damage to themselves...The pop machine was out of service as well...
I have provided photos for the questionable meat as well as for the bathroom...
I'm not a fan of Panda Express yet I think it has this place beat in terms of quality...Never again, for me???

The food is the bomb but I don’t recommend eating inside. Was enjoying a combo fried rice and the biggest cockroach was just strolling out in the dining room. I alerted the girl up front and she just laughed it off and tried to kill it.

The website was better than the actually dine in experience. My mom and I got the chicken fried rice and the chicken lo mein - both dishes were ok. The restaurant was very warm inside. And the young woman at the register brought our food in to go boxes (even though we were waiting for the food in a booth) since she didn’t know if we were dining in or ordering to go. All in all, a sub par experience.
