Seriously the best scone and carmel macchiato I have ever had. Scone is substantial, I ate half before thinking about posting. Charming peaceful bakery with cute gift items available as well.

From daily specials to discounts for local responders and teachers. Cathy is super sweet along with all the sweet things she offers! Cheese danish and cupcake was such a treat!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a bakery. I ordered a pretty intricately designed cake from here and Cathy made light work of it! I have never ordered a custom designed cake before and was really worried about how it would turn out. The cake I ordered came out better than I could have imagined. From the creative spins Cathy put on the cake to the perfect interpretation of what I wanted it to look and taste like were impeccable. Grist and Grind has single handedly compelled me to not only get custom cakes made for future events because of how amazing the experience was, but also keep coming back for their other in house treats! Not only was the cake amazing, but the customer service, and kindness they showed made me feel like I was having it baked by an old friend! It would be impossible to exaggerate how wonderful my experience was with Grist and Grind. If you are even considering going to a baker or getting a cake made - you would be lucky to have them as your baker!!!! Thanks so much for the wonderful experience Cathy and Amber - I will be stopping by again soon!

I had the distinguished pleasure of enjoying one of their Cream Cheese Brownies, and it was absolutely amazing. My brother got a cream cheese danish and a strawberry rhubarb danish. We demolished our pastries as soon as we got into the car and couldn't have been more pleased. These pastries are immaculately flavored and beautifully handcrafted. I would give 10 stars if possible. Staff is extremely personable, delightful, and friendly. The facility excels in terms of cleanliness. If you're not sold yet, they also have a military discount!

I'd had great experiences getting a scone or muffin from the bakery, so when I had guests I ordered the bakers dozen cinnamon rolls 24 hours in advance for delivery the morning after. The delivery was on time, the packaging was careful, and the cinnamon rolls looked good, but were very dried out. My guests and myself were all of the opinion it was like we had been given day old items. For the cost and planning it was a really disappointing experience.

I would go again for the kind smiles alone. The vibe was fantastic and the pecan cinnamon roll was even better!
