No restroom service! They sell reasonably priced and delicious coffee and donuts.
The pastry was very old, the aperience look good, but the tate was like it was done 2 days ago, the Coffee was done as someone didn't know nothing about Coffee, almost only water. The coladge, sorry if I can't remember how to spell it, it was hard, I really believe it was old also
I think they keep food for many days and it is not fresh at all.
The attendent seems very eager to let you know that she didn't like your precense in the stablishment. I believe they don't love the donuts business
Brand new to Dallas and wanted to try my local donut shop. Sonia gave great customer service to me and all the donuts looked and tasted so fresh! I got the cinnamon old fashioned and cinnamon cronut. Both were delicious. I spent like $6. I love supporting local businesses! Will be back.
Been going there every few days for several years now, changing choices over periods of time.I like the place, like the food. They are often offering me a free donut, maybe because I usually reject it ?But the few times I accepted it was wonderful. The prices are also lower than my local donut shop in Coppell (I work in Carrollton).

Rude and condescending!! Don’t eat here unless you like supporting bad service and condescending behavior. She rolled her eyes when my wife asked for a different donut. Stay away!!
Let me get the only thing good about this place is the convenient location. Other than that, please go to another Donut shop down the street. The lady who is always in the front is rude and condescending. I asked about the coffee station that is CLEARLY in the front as of it is complementary but I thought I’d ask about it. “Oh nothing in here is free”. GIRL! I’m pretty sure This is probably the great value brand coffee from Walmart down the street, trust me, nobody is pressed for your decaf trash. Go take a customer service class and make sure you don’t get shut down in a year due to stains on the wall. That’s where the ‘extra’ money you are charging people should be going. But hey, if you like being treated rudely like what’s mentioned the other reviews, this is your type of place!

I thought maybe I was trippin but once I read the reviews, I’m glad to see I wasn’t the only one who experienced this lady’s rude attitude. It was my first time visiting, thought I’d treat myself on this lovely Friday morning but definitely my last! I don’t like giving my hard earned cash to rude establishments. Do better ma’am!!!
Very rude Customer Service Never I will not come back ???
My favorite D shop in the area! The owner is always there and very nice. The sausage rolls are good and hearty, the donuts are light and sweet.
Rude lady!! I decided to have a box of 12 instead of 6 and she just thrown the box on top of the counter , and started placing the donuts inside while I was choosing with an attitude. I will never be back again.

Very rude lady ! She is very rude I said why are being so mean because my baby had took the card out to early and she threw up her hands and sighhhhh
Went today never hearing about this donut shop. At first I was very astonished because they had decorative donuts for kids. Then as I got more I figured I’d got enough for what I can afford. As I’m going to pay, I take out ONE dime to give to the lady. Then pay the rest on card. But she’s like no, and didn’t understand what I was trying to do, then she said something a long the lines of can you not get it all on your card, I was about to pop!!!! How dare you guys have someone who questions people’s finances!!!!! Also as soon as I got home and ate the donuts, they taste days old…. Trust or believe me, do not eat here.
I parked in front of the shop and purchased some donuts. I decided to eat the donuts in my car because I had an appointment to get pedicure 5 minute's away and wanted to kill some time. I noticed the donuts were very cold and once I looked up, a lady came outside and look at my car. She noticed I was a customer but continued to stare at me from inside of the shop. I felt very uncomfortable because she looked like like she was going to cause some trouble. It's ashamed that I bought donuts and still didn't feel welcomed. I've been coming to the place for 5 years and today is my last time.
It's called Donut Queen now. Good food! Very friendly lady.
Were out and about Sunday morning and stopped in for a nice cheat breakfast and were very pleased with the offerings this donut spot has! The staff is wonderfully warm and friendly and the donuts were amazingly light and airy the way fresh donuts should be! All in all an excellent donut experience and will definitely be working this spot into the rotation!
