Our favorite Ramen spot in Carrollton/Irving area. Service is always great, food is so delicious and comforting. Going to miss this spot when we move.

Left me in the corner of the restaurant for 30 minutes before my ramen came out, and it wasn’t even the dinner or the lunch rush. Not exactly the best quality service, and I won’t be back after this.

Have been coming here for years. Best ramen I have had in the area. Sometimes inconsistent though. The service is really quick and very friendly.

A great place for a ramen fix or other Japanese inspired dishes. Staff provided superb customer service and food was brought out quickly.

I love stopping by with my friends to catch up and get some hearty food! It has a meal for everyone and the seating varies from private to open. My friend got the Curry while I got the Karaage Don, and both were phenomenal. The service was quick, and our servers were incredibly kind. They gave us suggestions since it was our first time. I would totally recommend if you're exploring the Carrollton area.

Ramen wasn’t the greatest it started to hurt our stomach after finishing our bowls, had better ramen across the street(JINYA Ramen Bar) they were beating rude to us, we went when it was cold so ramen sounded good. When we went they sat us close to the door. We ask if we can switch seats because the wind form outside kept hitting us but they said no because there was no other seats. When one opened we ask again and they still said no because someone had reservation. Never coming back, go to the one across the street.

Went here with my fiancé while in Carrollton, I must say this place has a lovely serene, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a date night. We had:
1. Takoyaki: Perfectly executed, thin crispy outer layer -> custardy middle layer -> octopus cooked just right. Seasoning was on point.
2. Black Garlic Ramen:
- Pork Chasiu: highlight of the dish. Balanced fat and meat, melt-in-your-mouth texture and very clean flavor.
- Egg was either slightly overcooked or not left long enough in marinade for yolk to turn custardy.
- Garlic oil: beautiful roasted garlic fragrance but didn’t overpower the broth at all.
- Broth: Tasted a little watered down. But considering the quality of pork/chicken bones you can get in Texas, the broth is good.
3. Shoyu Ramen
- Toppings are perfect like the Black Garlic Tonkotsu.
- Broth: Better than the Black Garlic Tonkotsu; however, the taste katsuobushi was a little overwhelming and 1 dimensional.
- There was a piece of garlic skin in my bowl.

It’s the best ramen in town /we will be back again..

This has been my go to ramen place for YEARS, and that's not changing anytime, soon.
Literally my only criticism is the music choice and volume.
