The most delicious snowcones around. I don’t know what they do to make it so perfect every time, but it’s always incredible. I moved away from Carrollton and still make 30 minute trip to get my snowcones from them. Would give 6 stars if I could!

My most recent experience here was very upsetting. I come here once a week and get the same flavor- wedding cake. When I ordered my snow cone (friday 7/2) it was a different flavor than the wedding cake I ordered. I **kindly** waited in line and **respectfully** said I ordered wedding cake but got something different. The girl working (blonde hair highschool age) came back with an unnecessary tone and said this is wedding cake. I said I’m sorry I dont mean to be rude or difficult I just come here often and get the same thing and I think there may have been a mix up because it is very sour and I think a different flavor. She said “I don’t make the flavors.” Also in a tone and gave me a rude look. Then I was silent (surprised she was speaking to me this way) and she said do you want something else? And I got another flavor and she handed it out the window without saying anything and I said thank you and she still didn’t say anything. I am very disappointed and I doubt my family or friends go here again. I would not support behavior like this- especially unwarranted.

I called to confirm they were open, but no one answered. Within 5 minutes, the owner called me back personally to let me know they were open. He was so friendly and sweet. I thought that was great. The shaved ice is always a hit! My kids absolutely love it. They have a huge list of different flavors and fill it to the brim every single time! My go-to place for shaved ice!!
