I ordered to-go and asked for mild dishes. The lady behind the counter suggested chicken korma and Dal. After some back and forth I ordered both h and asked for the yellow Dal and some rice. She indicated it would be about 15 minutes and three in a samosa to eat while I waited. samisa was good but too spicy for me. Food arrived as promised in 15 minutes. Are at home and it was quite tasty and well spiced, not fiery hot. Only quibble is the extraordinary amount of oil on top of the korma. I spooned out 10 tablespoons of it before serving myself! I'd order from here again. Good advice and tasty food with generous portions

PLEASE VIEW THE IMAGES I’ve posted BEFORE BUYING THEIR FOOD. ?Absolutely horrified and disgusted with my experience here yesterday. As it is Ramadan - I was out in search of samosas and ended up at indopak. They had only 6 beef samosas left. I was excited, checked out, and left with them. After my fast, one of the first items that I had was the samosa - only to find a white bottle cap inside my samosa which I bit into. My jaw still hurts from biting into the samosa. I’m so disgusted and disappointed that this is the quality of food now a days. Please please beware of the food that you get from here - it was a horrifying and disgusting experience. This is what happens when you ignore multiple red flags from a restaurant- it only ends up getting worse. Ugh - disgusted! Before the review I did go to the restaurant but the manager was apparently too busy to address the situation. The staff said “sorry we forgot to check” and asked me to give a call to the manager - so I did. Called him and was told “I’m busy right now call back later” and hung up on me.

This Indian restaurant is a hidden gem in Dallas TX. Located inside the Indo-Pak Supermarket at Carrleton, it is owned and operated by the same grocery store. The restaurant is simple yet pleasant with ample seating options (about 30 I would guess). They have a big menu with options ranging from Biryani to Kebabs, and even non-veg options. To top it off they have free water which I always appreciate! And Indian milk tea. What I found surprising is how affordable their items are and the quality served is huge! I have been to 5-6 other restaurants in Richardson, Plano, and Carrelton, and this restaurant tops all other I have been to in terms of food quality and price ratio. This is why this is a hidden gem! Their food was of course very good and I loved it but nothing exceptional. I ordered their special for the day which was Chicken Kharahi. This comes with a big peice of Naan and 6-7 pieces of Chicken with mouth watering gravy! The Naan was served fresh and the chicken karahi was excellent. We also ordered two prices of Samosa (also called Shingara in Bangladesh), and Shami Kabab. Both items were reasonably priced and very tasty! You can also get free sauces if you dine in. The green sauce was exceptional! We finished it off with tea as we always do whenever we visit an Indian restaurant. Overall I really loved my experience in this restaurant.

The wait for a pickup order is horrible. We said we would get there by 2:30 and actually ended up coming later than that and still had to wait. It seems like they do not cook the food until you get there which defeats the whole point of pickup. And when we got that food it was undercooked. We had to call them back and wait another 30 minutes just for some tandoori chicken. Overall this place is horrible

Felt unwelcomed as an English speaking customer. The cashier didn't bring the food until the end of our meal. Had to remind him about the rest of the food, although we were the only customers. His whole body langiage was extremely disregarding, dismissive and uninterested. He was constantly on his phone while taking orders (I understand Urdu and it was a personal phone call about some movie plot). He was NOT wearing a mask the whole time. He actually served food without any mask. Overall, I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional customer service in my life. Food is okay-ish but their behavior and lack of service ruined my appetite. Save yourself fustration dine elsewhere

Horrible chicken kebab roll with indescribably horrific sweet sauce. The kebab tasted unauthentic. I dont know why COOKS take liberty in changing a perfectly traditional food and ruin it by adding nonsensical garbage sauce. The samosas tasted disgusting. Change the oil in the fryer!!!!!! The samosa wrapper tasted old as well. One can only wonder how disgusting and filthy the kitchen is.
