Stop hiring people who dont wanna work! theres three young boys working night shift with loud music , dont hurry and customers waiting over 20 minutes for their food. I was starting to wait until a customer that was there before me was telling them that hes been waiting so long and no order and he told me you need to hurry them up cause if not they wont. There should be a manager there! Disappointing.

Try to order the smash burger manager Jackie was extremely rude and didn’t know the store specials she wouldn’t honor the 5 dollar burger she kept saying it was an online deal apparently she also doesn’t know how to read. So we just went back to our usual place Whataburger where there are knowledgeable friendly personnel. And extremely clean store Jack in the box you have an Extremely rude personnel and also a very dirty store.

This jack in the box has charged me several times for a large meal when I've only asked for a small. I deal with it bc there are very few late night options in the area. I am disappointed though that I requested a 2 strip hot honey snack box with curly fries tonight and instead I was given 2 tenders with no sauce. I'm not asking for much, just what I paid for.

This place sucks. It's a crock when you order a regular meal then get to the window and they up it to a large size for more money and don't even ask the costumer. Rip off
I went to this location after work after 10pm and service is terrible. In this occasion the lid on the drink wasn’t placed on cup properly and when I got it, it opened and I spilled drink all over myself and car. There was very small amount of fries in the carrier. On a previous occasion same time frame I went and placed my order and when I got home realized they forgot to put my stuffed jalapeños. Instead of them chit chatting with each other they should be making sure they are placing all the items in the bags.
