Visited 2/18/25 Service was brisk and attentive. Unsweetened tea i ordered. tastes of cleaning or sanitizing solution. Please be more careful or properly train staff. Also no working phone number for most fast food stores so I could not call to inform store of this.

I went in there it was freezing cold outside. 2 tacos for a dollar and she charged me 2.15 so I'm thinking she gave me 4 tacos and no receipt. Ran back to the store to find only 2 tacos. Went back and told the lady and she said no receipt no tacos. I said I have my Card receipt with number and she said that don't work. I said ok then no repeat customer Andi usually get 4 to 6 tacos a day for me and the kids. Lost customer service was sub par drink.machine didn't work still it's been 3 weeks for that too.

The tacos were great(especially for the money...Jack in the Box may not be the best burger, but it is the best deal! My gripe is the building is worn out...probably painted a few years ago but now all faded, tha stucco is all cracked off in the corners, all the windows filthy, parking stripes all worn off etc. Seems the other hamburger choices have a more robust maintenance program.The door was open on the garbage area and a car parked in in the way, so I could hardly get into the drive up. None of there these things are terrible, but together this me somebody's asleep at the wheel or couldn't care less about their restaurant, one of the two.

Just went thru the drive and Not one person understands english when ordering. You need to have employees working at all times to understand. Your reviews are already taking a dive down. Please do something to fix the issue. I nor should anyone else have to talk 2 or more people to get the order right. This is very poor management!

Always soggy food cold and always they forget to add anything (Cheese, Extra things). Even sometimes, they forgot to add redeem voucher free things. Last time, the women kn counter literally talked rudely even though we just asked for a query.. Always bad response
Absolutely will not be coming back. Went through the drive through placed my order and they asked me to pull over. I only ordered 8 tacos and fries once I arrive home I only have 4 tacos and some half empty fries. Tried calling and they do not answer the phone. I get being understaffed especially on a holiday but I never mind waiting a few extra minutes for them to get my order right.

One thing my house isn't....is Nasty ...i don't have bugs of any kind....so there's no way it came from my house ....I just about finished my food and bug cake crawling out of the taco wrapper....absolutely disgusting. I can't even think straight right now. Please check your food before you start eating

Did not repeat back the order. My tiny tacos didn’t come with sauce and put bag was sitting there at the window and she was just standing there. Then we had to ask for sauce and waited again. Really pissed that I ordered sauced Tony tacos and came home to plain ones!

Got the order wrong tried to hurry me out the drive through line, got home looks like someone spit in the kids burger meal, trash location, I hope someone gives them the same treatment Disrespectful, in response I submitted my report, my kids had ate some of the food and have been home sick since Saturday. I hope I don't see any of them around town. This just got real .....

Cashier didn't give me correct change twice! I went back and she still didn't give me correct change! And the jumbo jack was so sloppy buns were soaked in mustard and ketchup! Cashier was rude!
