The tacos there made me sick
After reading some of the reviews, I hesitated to even stop and eat here. After my personal experience, I’m glad I did it. The service was professional and courteous. The food was quick, hot and great quality. Thanks!

Ended up walking out as we watched are food being made. Should have walked out before paying. Place was not sanitary at all. Lots of food just rotting on the counters. Cashier went back to help the chef and didn’t bother to wash her hands or put gloves on before handing food. Soda machine was almost empty. Tables were all covered with other customers leftovers.
The morning manager is very inconsiderate to paying customers. Not expecting it be First Watch but, I was expecting them to honor my request for well done meats on my loaded breakfast sandwich combo, failed extremely. Instead of making fresh hash browns the hash brown was dropped back in the grease. Being that she dislikes herself and job “she” chose to “manage” that much, why bother coming in distributing negativity towards your paying customers equaling the nonchalant service given. Not a good representation for the franchise. The area full of profitable businesses can’t rely on decent fast food for breakfast and lunch, I can’t speak on dinner I haven’t been there around that time, but you’d think quality would be priority.

Visited on 8/20/2025 around 6:45 PM. Unfortunately, my order was missing the tacos. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge issue, but I live 13 minutes away and it’s the one thing my pregnant wife has been craving. I tried calling three times to see if I could either pick them up tomorrow after work or get a refund, but no one answered. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived, and the drive-through attendant wasn’t exactly cheerful either.

What can I say? The tacos weren't made well, but this Jack in the Box isn't the best and isn't the worst. It's so so.

I understand that lunch hour can be a busy and stressful time, but that does not excuse the unacceptable behavior I experienced at this Jack in the Box location.
During my recent visit, I was shocked and upset when an employee threw my food at me without any valid reason. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable under any circumstances.
My family and I live just down the street, and we have been regular customers but after this incident, I will no longer be returning. This experience has not only lost my business but has also left me deeply concerned about how customers are treated here.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to prevent it from happening to others. No one deserves to be treated this way.

On 06/23/25 around 9:50am I Went here for 2 breakfast burrito combos to go for my partner and I. Upon getting to the drive thru I was greeted before I even put my window down so I only caught half of what the employee said. I began to order but the communication aspect wasn't there which led to communication issues. I don't know if it was a language barrier or laziness? The attending employee inferred, assummed or was guessing at what I was ordering without asking for clarifying details such as if I just wanted a entree, combo or drink size. This became a issue when I expected to pay about $8 each for two combos but my order came out to $24 somehow. This was likely due to the fact I was upsized to extra large drinks when that's not what I came here for. Kind of shady practice if you ask me.
Even worse was that I wasn't offered a receipt or the hash browns that were to come with my combos. and had to bug the employee at the window for the hash browns. I won't be back for a while until these types of issues are fixed. Upper management needs to train staff on customer service and getting orders right.
