Terrible at getting mobile orders or drive thru orders right. They always miss something or 9 out 10 just give you bread and meat when ordering a burger or sandwich. at this point I got sit on drive opening every single iteam and make sure and not missing anything.

Don't waste your money. Food here don't taste the same as other Jack in the Box, Josey lane in Carrollton. I ordered a Teriyaki bowl, the sauce that they used for the chicken was so salty I couldn't even eat it. Don't waste your money.

Tried to order pickup but wouldn't let me use my gift card so I came to restaurant and the refused to give me the deals that I would have gotten on the app...was trying to get 18 tacos and a large coke and because I couldn't use the gift card on the app and they wouldn't honor the online pricing I could only get 9 tacos

Cheeseburger was made with wrong condiments and was missing the cheese. I mistakenly didn't check it until I got home. Went back and the employee literally rolled their eyes at me for asking for my burger to be made correctly. 😐 did not apologize or try to make it right, I was the problem apparently and not them. 🤷♀️
