Wait time in the drive thru was terrible. Waiting 5+ minutes at the speaker before they took my order. All I wanted was some drinks. The lady apologized though for the situation and she did a good job expressing she cared.

This place does not get enough credit! Let me start off with the staff.. they are so sweet and always happy. The lobby and staff area is always extremely clean! That's very important to me! My food, while I do have to wait an extra minute or two, is always made to order and served hot and fresh! I just can't say enough kind things about this place.. I absolutely love the staff. If only every single fast food chain around the Carrollton area had this exact same staff! I love you guys very much if no one has told you! Thank you so very much for your friendly service and the great food.

I've been to three different locations the food has been exceptionally hot the fries are always fresh the egg rolls are actually tasty ? location needed in Louisiana ?
This location forgot all the sauces we ordered and when we called the store, they sighed on the phone when we told them they forgot the sauces and then hung up on us. great employees .

High end service, fine dining experience. Enjoy a succulent burger, eat a chocolate overload cake, it's a win in my eyes.
