the employees working tonight genuinely showed me human kindness still exists. i was having probably one of the worst nights of my life and these employees showed me kindness beyond just doing their jobs. not only that but genuinely wanted to make sure i was okay, i don’t know either of their names but i thank the two gentlemen who treated me with so much kindness tonight.

if you both read this thank you. thank you for showing that kindness and empathy still have a place in today’s world and reminding me that somewhere in the world someone will always care. thank you both so much.

If I ordered my sandwich ahead of two other people and you know it takes twice as long to make a hot sandwich why wasn’t my sandwich prepared before the other two people especially if I ordered first.

I came b/c it's rated #1 in the United States. It was very good!

I love Jersey Mike’s normally. I wanted a #9 club supreme on rosemary parm bread. I got a sandwich with no bacon, half the normal meat and on white bread. Pickup order 6:10 8/15/25. Please do better in the future.

Very good subs. I love the cheesesteak here. Very clean. One of the female employee (Didn't get her name) was very friendly and outgoing. Her communication skills with customers and employees was top notch. Bit on the pricey size but subs make up for it. This is only why I gave 4 stars

They close before 9pm and it's not good service

This is a great sandwich place, on the rare occasion they actually make your order correctly. Mixed ingredients between two sandwiches, left multiple things off my order. Check your bags instead of hoping for the best.

Came in to try Jersey Mikes for the first time and was highly satisfied. Outstanding customer service from all the staff present, clean environment, and most importantly the quality and taste of the sandwiches(Chipotle Chicken & Chicken Philly)10 out of 10 without a doubt.

Turkey in provolone is my favorite. I like that everything's first so it lasts for several days and I can keep it in the fridge. Service is fast and even when the lines are long. You still get through quickly
